I am not receiving emails on my enterprise mailbox and when I am trying to configure the mailbox, it says unable to contact the server and every time i try to configure enterprise email a mail comes to my enterprise id with following message "This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server" and nothing happens after that. Even the other mailbox like yahoo etc are facing the same issue. After security wipe, I am not able to configure any of my mailbox on Bold 9780. I having been using this phone for last 8 months and it was working fine until last 3 weeks.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI recently switched from bold 9700 to torch 9860. I setup my msn and gmail account on my Blackberry and it worked fine until I activated enterprise email account. Both msn and gmail 's icon dispeared and i don't get emails pushed to my blackberry any more. I already erased both msn and gmail accounts on BB and re-setup, doesn't make a difference. the msn worked fine on my 9700 until i switch.

During the process of trying to set up my outlook email on my phone I accidentally selected setup "Enterprise Email Account" instead of "set up another email account". Now when I go into the setup options and select email accounts it takes me back to the Enterprise setup automatically. I can't find a way to exit that setup and begin the "set up another email" procedure I have tried turning the phone off/on, removing the battery but still automatically takes me to the Enterprise email account setup/login.

I used the "Switch Device" option on my BB Desktop Manager, to trasfer contacts from my work BB to the 9700. All this was a breeze. Unfortunately what this also did was transfer my work email folders (all archive folders) on to the 9700. So in the email application on the 9700, if I select "View Folder" from the menu key, I see a whole bunch of archive folders. I have no use for these folders on the 9700 but cannot find a way to delete them.Is there a way that I can delete all these redundant email archive folders from the 9700?

I received a new password and ALL the things I had on my old phone were synchronized on my new one. And I don't want that. So I've wipe out my phone. View 1 Replies View RelatedUpdated to the latest software this morning and synced etc. all was good accept there was a box in setup stuck at 55% uploading for my contacts. So after leaving it for a couple of hours etc., I just cancelled that part of the process as everything including email was working fine. Since that however I now have no email push! It is asking me to reactivate although it still sees my 2 accounts Email Accounts (2) shows in set up but when i enter it states that there are no email account activated. I try to reactivate them however only give me the box for enterprise accounts not internet based account i.e. hotmail. I try to activate and it eventually tells me that this fails. All has been working with my emails since i got the phone absolutely fine until today!

When I go into Setup, Email Accounts I am on a screen that says "no accounts activated" and it has a setup screen for activating an Enterprise Account.I contacted 3 and they told me I need a contract add on for internet & email which I duly purchased, I spent an hour last night on the phone with the 3 tech team trying to set up the email account. He took me through the process of registering the host routing table and now I have a new symbol on the screen (4 dots)but it still didn't change my email setup options. He kept saying I should have 2 choices on my screen to either set up my own email account or activate an enterprise account - which I don't.
Eventually my 3 tech guy contacted Blackberry who said that he would need to pay for support which he declined so now I have a new Blackberry Curve 9320 which I can't & 3 tech support can't get to setup my email accounts.
I bought a 9320 and im trying to set up my personal email but it is not an option. It only gives me the option to set up an enterprise email account which is no good to me.

I am trying to setup a Blackberry Enterprise Server email address on my Blackberry 8530, but I only have the option to setup a personal one in the Email Setup Wizard. I do have a black berry data plan setup, my personal email is working fine on the blackberry, but I need the enterprise option to work with my work's email. Email from AT&T with activation instructions mention connecting to iTunes. If they are activated on one iTunes account, can one be transferred to a different iTunes account later? Reason I'm asking is because I'm a telecommuter so will be home and can take care of it all tomorrow. My brother doesn't get home from work until 7:30 pm so wondering if I should wait to let him activate his own phone or not. He has his own computer....I need to ask him if he has an iTunes account.
Does it matter one way or the other? If we keep both on one iTunes account, how do apps work? Do they install on just one phone or will they install on both? Right now I have a bunch of free apps selected but I image one or the other of us will want to buy something eventually.
My BB Bold 9780 recently went under to software wipe outs and then had the software uploaded due to JVM Error issues and a blackberry 102 error. Since then i have not been able to get the email wizard set up to accept my password so that i can activate my personal email account. i have a data plan so that is not an issue, but everytime i try to log on i get this message "Sorry, unable to conigtue your session. Please log in again." i have tried this numerous time, have sent the registration again then rebooted to no avail

just deleted an old email account and set up a new one on device. however all the old contacts remain. how do i get rid of them. they only go if i delete email account but once i set up a new account the old contacts appear. theres too many i want to delete them.
