I have a Torch 9800. I've upgraded to the knew version of App World. Whenever I attempt to go into My World or My account I get a waiting popup that just hangs. If a view an app and attempt to download it, the same thing happens. I'm trying to download the new version of Blackberry Bridge so that I can have more fun with Playbook os 2.0.

It just repeatedly says can't validate my ID even tho I redid it just to make sure. I use the same ID to sign in online on my pc and it recognizes me, so why won't it work on my handset?

I have received messages stating a couple apps including App World have updates ready to download.I tap on the link to update App World, Im greeted with the There is a newer version available 3.0.0.xx Tapping update gives me the green circle working prompt with a network activity icon, then disappears and nothing happens. Checking the App status, app world is listed as version 2.x.x, so clearly it is not updating. The device is logged into the BB account, and the terms and conditions has been accepted.I have tried downloading the app world update, and also facebook and BBM updates, on both my wireless carrier network and my home WiFi, with the same green working circle, and then nothing.

My school e-mail is weird because when I go inside everything looks exactly like gmail but it isn't exactly gmail beacuse you can't sign on from www.gmail.com. Gotta go through the school website. When I try the desktop manager, it says there are no updates for my device. The OTASL diagnostic update says " request failed 22c67b020110512204609 01 of 01". Original Error: Failed to transmit, Connectivity: Server Busy Sufficient Coverage: yes.
Does anyone know what the problem is based on the information above? It sounds like the upgrade is a dud, since it won't update using either the phone or the desktop software.
Before I registered/ subscribed to a data plan, I was able to open my fb, twitter and app world via wifi but now that I'm not using a data plan, I cannot access those apps anymore using a wifi connection. somebody explain why and if there's any modification (s) that I need to do for those apps to work?
