I know this topic is not really related but can I know why I can't download the bible apps from BB App World? I can enter the bible but there isn't any download button for me to press. I tried rebooting, taking out battery but it doesn't work. The last time I did was wiping my whole bb and now I can't download the bible apps.

I have received messages stating a couple apps including App World have updates ready to download.I tap on the link to update App World, Im greeted with the There is a newer version available 3.0.0.xx Tapping update gives me the green circle working prompt with a network activity icon, then disappears and nothing happens. Checking the App status, app world is listed as version 2.x.x, so clearly it is not updating. The device is logged into the BB account, and the terms and conditions has been accepted.I have tried downloading the app world update, and also facebook and BBM updates, on both my wireless carrier network and my home WiFi, with the same green working circle, and then nothing.

When I got to the download page I did everything (authenticating, etc.) as per usual.The download began but then I received a message saying "FaceBook not available from AppWorld". I figured it could be a site problem so I forgot about it but when I tried it again this week same message. I have tried and tried and keep getting the same message half way through the download saying "Download Failed. 907 Invalid COD". I contacted my service provider who said they had sorted and I was to turn my phone off for an hour and switch it back on and I should be able to download it. I done this and 3 hours later I am still getting the same message. I have even tried removing the battery and sim card but this does not work either.

I click on the "upgrade" button, it says please wait, then nothing. It does the same for the app world update. I've spoken to my carrier and they say it's something on rim's side that they can't fix. when attempting to download blackberry app world from my device i get a message stating "Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements that are needed to support blackberry app world".i go to "options" then "about" and see "v4.2.2.181".

Appworld worked fine when I had my old software.
