How do I transfer videos stored on my DEVICE (not the media card) to my computer? When I connect with the USB cable, all I see are the videos stored on the card.it's rather important that I get this done.

View 3 Replies View RelatedPrelims:I am part of a Enterprise account (old phone and new phone)Old Phone = Tour 9630 with 2gb mSD card. New Phone = Torch 9850 with a 16gb mSD card. I have the 'raw' .jpg.rem files from my old phones mSD card on my computer I have access to the old 2gb mSD card but the images were deleted. I have access to the old phone but it isnt enabled on the enterprise account..I know the pwd used on the old phone and the one on the new phone I cannot connect the phones to my computer as a storage device.
How can i get these pictures from my desktop computer to the new phone?
I am trying to transfer all of my contacts from from an older torch 9800 to a new torch 9800 but only a portion of the contacts are being copied. I have tried backup-restore via desktop software etc... but it's not copying the complete list. Tried to do it at AT&T store but that just duplicated the 425 contacts that I all ready had. After I manually deleted all of the duplicates....Tried again to no avail.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have already installed the new Desktop Manager 6.0 that I downloaded from the RIM site.
I am thinking the safest way to not have a problem is the just restore my 9800 data from a back up rather than do the Switch Device thing. Anyone worried it might bring erroneous crap into the new 6.0 OS.
Maybe it would be better to redo my settings after the data install to make sure all is clean and working correctly. Some of the 5.0 setting would not be applicable to the new 6.0 software.
I've recently go a new torch 9800 and all the autotext that I had set up is not there.Should it be in my blackberry protect?

View 3 Replies View RelatedI am running windows 7 and no noise nor does my device manager detect my phone when connnect. Neither does the Blackbery device software. All are up to date. I am at a loss. I am not using a hub and i have tried several usb ports on my laptop now. Nothing.
I have downloaded the desktop software for BB twice and reinstalled. No luck. I am unable to find where to enable mass storage under options. There is only a option for media card but nothing regarding Mass Storage.
My Issue is as the above subject header reads. Also, the BB Knowledge Base Article KB23925 says its aware of this problem, however, has no time frame for resolution.Ok guys can we hurry up! Its rendering my ability to use this device dramatically as I am a exclusive Mac User. My wife has an iPhone which does this seamlessly (they call it "Tethering"). Went to the Telus store and the sales person claimed the Torch can do this but could not find the feature. I have spent 3 hours and cannot figure it out either.

I didn't want to use the DM "Switch Devices" utility because I don't want everything copied over including the settings.The pictures and contacts were easy as I just switched SD cards.Ringtones and pictures I transferred over by plugging in the phones up and used Windows to simply drag the files over.My problem is the memo pad info. View 1 Replies View RelatedGot my Torch last weekend and this morning I get the message that the device is low on memory and showed a list of 7 apps I could choose to delete. (deleted 2, mobile banking, social feeds) Also, the little timer icon randomly pops up while the device is on and I am doing nothing. My battery has also be draining it big time. After less than 6 hours off the charger and light usage I am down to 10% battery life.I have done several battery pulls. After reboot, my Application storage shows 312.1 mb free space. My media card has 3GB free, which should not matter.The only downloaded apps I have are basic:
Google Mobile App
Google Maps
ESPN
CNN
The Weather Channel.
Battery is now down to 9% as I type this. What is going on? This should not be happening. I have never had a problem from my 9700 or 8310 previously.
I have a 9800 black berry device that I bought from Saudi Arabia. This device doesn't work any more and without any previous problems with it. Its basically dead now with no OS on it. I've tried with various Version of DM and DS, still nothing seems to be working what so ever.My exact problem is, it's stuck at "Reconnecting to JVM" and that's it, nothing happens after that.
