Sep 9, 2010When ever I watch a video and I get maybe 5-10mins in the movie the video starts to unsync with the voices, has anyone gotten this issue an is there a fix for this?

Aug 13, 2010I just found that it's not just OS6.It's better on BOLD because pressing "end" button while in Standby mode will just wake the device.Is there Standby mode in OS6? on Torch? When you are composing email/txt msg, once you touch the "send" icon on touchscreen the msg will just be sent immediately. I hate this because I might hit it randomly. Is there any way to add a confirmation window there?

Under the instructions it tell you to:
Options > Advanced > Apps > scrool to the app > click menu > edit permissions > set all to allow > then reboot.
Well i have the torch and those instructions are not correct b/c there is no advanced tab under options and i can figure it out. Does patternlock work for the torch, if so, can some1 give me instructions.

Aug 26, 2010Maybe I'm not doing it right, but I enable a password on my torch, use the lock button, and when I press the lock button again it unlocks it without asking for the password. Both my 9000 and my 9700 made me enter the password after I hit unlock.

Apr 16, 2012When watching avi and mkv when I select to play another part of the movie the sound does not come back. I only get the video with no sound. The files are large from 700 MB to 4500 MB. Sometimes the sound comes several seconds (sometimes aprox. 10). Some files I get points of the movie that the video pauses itself. I have to fast forward a few seconds to get the movie to continue playing. I have a Nokia E7 with Belle. Are this issues normal to Belle or are caused by a bad update from Anna?

May 14, 2011I use a Bluetooth headset (Best Buy brand) when watching videos on my Xoom WiFi. However, the sound is nearly a second behind the video. I have the same problem when using the bluetooth headphones with my HP notebook. I understand that Bluetooth requires a lot more processing than hard-wired headphones. However, a fast processor such as the one in the Xoom should have negligible processing delay. I suppose the headphones could contribute most of the delay, but I still find it hard to accept that delay should be so long. I use digital hearing aids that have a 32 channel digital filter. The hearing instruments have to first do an A to D conversion, then process the audio and convert it back to Analog before sending the signal to the output transducer. Yet the delay through the hearing aids is negligible. Why is the delay so long through bluetooth or are the Best Buy headphones just crap? I really like using wireless headphones. Wired headphones are always getting tangled or I forget about the wires and walk away from my notebook and either yank the headphones off my head or come very close to dragging the notebook onto the floor.

Apr 26, 2010On my Blackberry Toch 9800, it seems to freeze up on several occassions, most recently when downloading an application from "App World."After downloading an application from App World, when you run the application for the first time, it will ask you if you want to "share personal information." Whether it is checked or unchecked, the screen just freezes up after clicking "OK."
Is there a fix for this? This is a brand new device and I am already experiencing several screen lock up issues. I have already done a hard / soft reset, as well as a battery pull. I have also uninstalled the application and re-installed it, only to have this issue continue.
