I want to sent a picture from outlook to my blackberry as follows:
The picture should be embedded in the E-Mail. Is there any solution without converting the email into HTML file? Outlook normally formates the picture into a paintbrush picture which can not be opend.

Blackberry Bold
7.1 Paket 1133
Is it normal for email not to go to BB ever when outlook open on pop3?
Also my wireless sync is turned on but does not seem to work....
I have been using Outlook 2010 for quite a while and then switched to Outlook 2011 with my former employer. The switch went very smooth and even on my BlackBerry I did not notice any difference. All contact pictures remained on the device and even when I added new ones it was synchronized to the device perfectly independently of the image size. Now I've changed jobs and with my new employer I've re-imported my contacts into Outlook 2011 again. From an Outlook 2011 perspective everything looks great, all pictures are there however they are not on my BlackBerry. Every new contact or every removed one will synchronize perfectly to my BlackBerry - only the contact pictures won't. I've tried inserting new ones, I've played around with image sizes as I've read something about certain limitations, I've spoken to the BES admin and he confirmed this feature has not been turned off on the BES.

Not sure what happened, but now when I take pictures, I can only view them if I explore and go to the pictures folder. How can I go back to viewing all pictures? Any help for a rookie?

I spent Ģ100 on the latter yesterday after discovering that Windows Calendar can not be synchronised with my new Bold 9700: the sync process ends with a Microsoft Outlook Connector Error message: "No available message stores". Burrowing into Blackberry's on-line support, it seems the most likely cause is BDM - 5.0.1 - trying to connect to an unsupported version of Outlook. (Article ID KB15564).
The result is no contacts or diary on my expensive new smartphone, which is disappointing beyond belief, since Outlook 2007 etc. seems no longer available.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI accidentally deleted some pictures from my phone. I downloaded a software1 (not permitted to disclose the software) to recover my deleted pictures. However I could not recover them as this software was not free. I then downloaded blackberry desktop software and backed up everything. When I downloaded ZAR 9.1 it showed my memory card as being emptied. I then tried the software1 and it showed my memory card being emptied as well. I would like to learn how I can recover these pictures.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI got a new BB 9700 Bold yesterday and having problems with setting up the sync for the calendar and the contacts which are on my outlook. My hotmail email accounts are working okay. The outlook is on my PC and is the front face for my hotmail accounts.
When I go in to the BB Desktop device manager - version 5.0.1 (latest version) , I go in to the configure option on the left and it lets me click on calendar> then I select outlook and it then lets me select 'finish'. However at this stage an error box flashes up saying 'no available message stores'.
In addition when I check the wifi config on the calendar and contacts icons on the BB device it will not let me select yes on the wireless connection for them.
I have a clean install Windows 7 Ultimate running Outlook, tried DM 5.0.1 and tried DM 4.6. I am not able to sync from the BB Device to Outlook, nor am I able to two way sync.

I open my BB Desktop software and go to "organizer". The only icon that say "not installed" is my calendar.
All the rest (memo pad, Address book and tasks) are OK. I try to reset settings but nothing work....
I just switched from a PC to Mac Air and downloaded BB Desktop to my Mac so that I can sync contacts, calendar etc. What happens is that it automatically syncs to Apple and not to Outlook and there is nowhere I can change the settings. I lost all my info on the BB so had to sync with my old PC again..
View 2 Replies View RelatedMy office email uses Outlook but not Blackberry Enterprise Server. My phone (Bold 9000) has folders for Inbox, Contact and Calendar, but NOT Sent or Deleted folders. Messages sent from phone can only be seen on phones's Inbox (mixed with received messages). The Sent folder in Outlook is updated only after phone has been synchronized with desktop. It does not update wirelessly.Messages sent from Outlook of course appear in Outlook Sent folder. But the phone does not show any Sent folder. The "View Folder" menu item in the Message folder lists many folders (Inbox, MMS Inbox, MMS outbox, Visual Voice Mail, etc. The Outlook Sent folder is simply unavailable and I cannot find any way to make it appear.Others using this phone with BES seem able to see Sent folder. I do not want to send copies to myself, I get enough emails already. Is there a solution to this problem without installing BES or switching to iPhone?

I have a Blackberry Bold 9780 with Software version 6.0.2.44. I sync with Outlook (Office Professional 2010). The Blackberry sync mode seems to delete calender entries on Outlook after about a month. I like to retain the entries but I cannot find an option on the sync set-up that stops this.

I want to retain my old appointments (they come in handy for my billing fees). If I select reject it does not sync updated details. How can I resolve this? Basically I do not want to delete any old appointments. I have selected the accept button and it wiped out all my old appointments.

When one person types an email from his desktop in outlook, it shows up as a sent message on his BB. This does not happen to the second person. They are not incorrect, I have double checked all the details. It is a POP/IMAP account. I have all the required details, incoming server, username, passwords etc.It also claims the server is down when I try to enter the details, this is also unture. Now they no longer do - they show up as an email with an attachment called "application/X-rimdevicecalendar", and when trying to open the attachment, I get an error saying it can't be opened on the device.
