In the middle of a message it keeps jumping to the top of the screen and randomly jumping around and pressing buttons it shouldn't. I have tried restarting the phone a few times and still it persists. I have changed the sensitivity of the touch screen and yet it also continues.

I don't want that functionality on my phone. And RIM doesn't have any other equipment similar to that without touchscreen.I know that exist some applications that permit to lock the screen during a call, but what I really want it's to disable the touchscreen.Is there an official or officious way to do that?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have updated my OS to 7.1.0 Bundle 2039 and have noticed a few changes. Today my homescreen has a row of icons appeared at the bottom. In the previous version you could turn off the icons and only have a small up arrow shown that you could select to show the icons.
How do I switch off the icons on the home screen?

Since new-I have been experiencing the problem where the phone hangs and a small clock appears in the center of the screen. While this clock is there, nothing can be done on the phone-it normally lasts for around a minute or two. Once it disappears, the phone again operates as normal, however the clock appears again and I am back at the problem.

When I try to turn the device on the keys lig up but nothing else. I have put it on charge and the power light turned green aagain tried to power up however nothing.
