BB Bold :: 9780 Encryption Type Configure?

I bought a Blackberry Bold 9780 and took the BIS service. When I checked the encryption type as below copied from blackberry homepage, I can't find the "General Settings" and can't find the encryption type.Why and what is the encryption type in use with BIS?
