When I try to run "Documents to Go Files" on 9700 I get the following error message- Error starting DocumentsToGoFiles47: Class'net.rim.device.api.ui.text.Breaklterator' not found. I have removed and reinstalled the "Documents to Go Files" program but get the same error.

View 6 Replies View RelatedAll I want is to have docs I create in Pages or Word to go back and forth between my iphone and my macbook. I created a folder called Shared on my Mac, added docs in that folder to File Sharing in itunes. One is a Pages doc, the other a Word doc. I synced using a cable. Neither doc showed up in Pages on my iphone. I created a doc in Pages on my iphone and shared it through itunes to my Mac. This doc showed up on my Mac. I edited it and saved it. The edits did not transfer to my iphone. This sync functionality has to be there. I must be missing something obvious.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have Outlook 2007 on my desktop computer and use BT as a service provider and for my email, my Blackberry supplier is Vodafone and I use BIS.I have noticed that if my Blackberry receives an email first I don't get the same email delivered to my desktop. If my desktop gets an email first then the same email will be delivered to my Blackberry. I was happily deleting emails from my Blackberry thinking I would have them all on my desktop but I now find I have to check what emails I have on each before I delete anything. Is this an issue that anyone has come acrosss before and how do I resolve it apart from synching the Blackberry and desktop?I'm often away from the desktop which is why I bought the Blackberry in the first place.

The error message: "the video part is not supported". The avi file format is not supported at all: "cannot open the file".

if I click yes, it just downloads a very small file and won't let me open it -- its not the full .JAD file anyway, only about 3kb. But what could be wrong?

View 1 Replies View RelatedIt wiped my old calendar entries (even though I have "Keep Forever" selected on the options), but I need all the past calendar items because I used it for keeping track of meetings, events, etc.Short of reinstalling an old backup, copying into Outlook, and then re-installing my current version, is there any other way of getting that info out of the backup file and into Outlook. I really don't want to install a previous version of the backup onto my phone because when I do, it never carries over many of the phone ringing settings, etc. and it takes me forever to get things back to normal.(I am running an older version of the device software on my phone (5.0.0.714) because I can't stand the new version's calendar view.)

Through Media Manager I see the culprit is a bunch of backup files, including a file called ArcNB.NBZ (this file alone is 1.5 GB). Anyone know why this is on here? Can I safely delete it along with other backup files?

If i send an image to a contact who still have an old model (es BB 8300) with the old software, on my phone is displayed "file sent" straight, without any wait. Instead if i send an image to someone who has a new software, i have to choose the size of the image, and wait for his acceptance. And i also saw that if a contact doesn't accept the file immediately, after some time (really i cannot say how many time), there is a kind of time out of the sending (displayed on his phone)...how is it possible (on my phone was always displayed "waiting for acceptance")? How can i cancel this option?
2: with the old software if someone didn't read a message, a clock appeared on the face of the contact, and then i usually set the advice, to know when he read the message thanks to the sound. With the new software instead, i saw you can just set the advice only if the contact is Unavailable.
I am usng a BlackberryBold 9700, (AT&T).I imported all the contacts from my previous backup.I copied an mp3 file from my PC to the device memory. Set this mp3 file as the ring tone to all the profiles. I did not set any custom ringtone to any individual contact.But when i recieve a call, both my custom ring tone and the 'Ringer_ClassicPhone' are playing together.Also, a file 'Ringer_ClassicPhone.mp3' is being created automatically a'/Device memory/home/user/ringtones/Ringer_ClassicPhone.mp3'Everytime I recieve a call... i get two hear two sounds... it very annoying...
