Mar 23, 2014I am not able to copy Flac audio files from my PC to the Internal Storage of the HTC One. When I paste the Flac files into the phone, it prompts for file format not supported, then I click 'No, just Copy' and for all files. But then it only copies the first file (If I selected multiple files) and then freezes. When I cancel the process, the first file is copied successfully. I am using WIndows 8 and had same problem on WIndows 7 also.

Aug 6, 2015I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 with 11.82 GB available memory. Although all my files take up 3.9 GB, my phone tells me that they take up double.
Through ES File Explorer i found this path : Device/ Storage/ Emulated/ "0" and "legacy".
Both "0" and "legacy" are exactly the same( number of files, folders an storage space). If i delete a file from "0" it automatically deletes the file from "legacy", so i can not delete one and leave the other.

Jun 25, 2015i loaded an app called "CLEAN SWEEP, and " Whats APP".. does any one of these apps change some properties that are hard to find that now makes any of my pictures i download from my messaging app, or camera go straight to "MY FILES" instead of showing in MY GALLERY like they used to do. I have deleted the old download folder to see if it wold start a new one , and it did, but still is not showing up in my gallery, just my files. the only pics showing up in my gallery are the ones on my sd card.

Oct 22, 2012I've recently bought my 9900 and have only downloaded about 7 apps, however I often get a message saying my internal memory is low and I need to delete some languages to free some space. Whenever this message comes up my phone right side very slow, when I try to open a app or file it takes very long and mybphone freezes for a while. If I do a battery pull my phone runs properly for a day or so, until I'm greeted by the same low memory message. I've got no memory card and only a handful of media files.

To me this is a no brainer, most of us have 16 or 32gig cards, I would be more than happy to set aside some space so the phone could run better. Most of the new flash cards these days are reasonably fast and could easily be used as a swap file place holder or reside some of the dormitory features.
