I want to copy files on my micro sd card and delete other files. I read a lot about the problems with the micro sd card after kitkat. I tried several things. But I could not find a solution. On windows I can copy files on the micro sd card and delete - but as soon as I insert the card in the phone, everything is in the old condition. Any way, how I can easy change files on my micro sd with Lollipop 5.1.

My cell phone is an LG Rumour 2 or an LG 265. I bought a nexxtech 8 GB Micro-SD card with an SD-to-Micro-SD adapter from The Source....Canada's Radio Shack. Using the Micro-SD to SD adapter, the card won't read in my PC, even though regular SD cards work find. The card is recognized by my cell phone and can see three folders, DCIM, MUSIC and BLUETOOTH, and I've taken and saved one picture on the card.
I bought a micro-USB cable to connect to my PC but when I connect the LG Rumour 2 to the PC, the PC does not recognize it. What software do I need to install on the phone and/or on my PC in order to connect the cell-phone to the PC and download MP3 files to it? I have visited the LG website and I'll download the software there, but it's not clear what software I need to use to do what I want to do.My phone version information is:

I bought this 128 GB SDHC card. When I try to load music onto it, it recognizes about 10 GB and then everything after that it says "player does not support this kind of file," though it's all just mp3s or m4as, both of which the card is recognizing. The files get loaded onto the card but can't be played, or even organized by artist or title. I've tried formatting, no good. I even contacted the seller and had him send me a new one, but the same problem occurred, so it's not a defect in one single card. I've tried loading the files through a card reader and directly through the phone, no luck. If it's a 128 GB card, how come it won't recognize any files past 10 GB?
Update: I just ran SD Insight on my phone. It tells me the model is APPSD and the size of the card is 134 GB. However, under manufacturer, it says, "SD card is invalid." Some more info from the scan: Serial #0x687, manufactured June 2015, SD card specification: physical layer version 2.00, CPRM security support: SDHC card (security version 2.00).
Having problems with my micro sd card at first it said corrupted files then no media card inserted now I can't even reformat the card.

But i am having an issue with the built in memory card of the phone.When I tried to copy some music tracks to the sd card,about 75% of the tracks are corrupted after copying.I have tried with differnt mp3 files and most of them are not played after copied to the SD card.I believe this is a problem in the SD card,not in the phone. Will the poblem solve if i format the SD card?But there are some predefined folders inside the SD card and some of them are related with different applications of andriod OS. View 7 Replies View RelatedI'm basically looking for an app(s) that can do what iBooks did on the iPhone..I want it to open PDF files, save them all in there, click on them and print. It was very simple to do on the iPhone and all within a standard iPhone app but I'm really struggling with the Android.
So basically:
1. Need to be able to save/store, file and delete PDFs. I've tried OneDrive & Google Drive...not a fan of either. And I don't need or really want to have them stored on a cloud either. If I need to, I can save them to Dropbox like I did with the iPhone.
2. Print the PDF files. I have tried the Canon print app, PrintShare & Cloud Print....nothing works properly.
When I want to transfer some files from my phone to my PC I use the USB cable.However the files I see from the PC are old, I even see files that I have deleted from the phone as long as a month ago. Of course I can not transfer these "phantom" files to the PC, but I also don't see the new files and folders that I have created recently and am looking for. Refreshing the window doesn't work.
