View 6 Replies View RelatedI have a question on the "Memory" usage in BB Bold 9000 that i own. When I install APPS from BB App World, it shows me memory bar and now it has reached to 10 MB FREE (IN RED - which obviously means it is too low.)
Questions :
1) Does this mean that I wont be able to install more apps as those 10 MB will exhaust pretty soon?
2) Is there a way to install apps elsewhere if the above is true? I have a 8 GB MicroSD card installed. Would it work normally?
How do u do that on the 9700? i use file explorer..i dont see any option for copy or move.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI've recently bought my 9900 and have only downloaded about 7 apps, however I often get a message saying my internal memory is low and I need to delete some languages to free some space. Whenever this message comes up my phone right side very slow, when I try to open a app or file it takes very long and mybphone freezes for a while. If I do a battery pull my phone runs properly for a day or so, until I'm greeted by the same low memory message. I've got no memory card and only a handful of media files.
View 1 Replies View Relatedin my memory folder it says 'memory for installable applications: 1.79GB' s this part of the phone memory or mass memory? if phone memory, is it possible to make them go to the 32gb memory, or is this specially allocated for apps and doesn't affect performance unlike S60?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI bought L1320 today and I have updated it to the last Preview version. Now I have a big annoying problem, I can't install apps on my SD card neither on phone memory whatever I try. I have already done a reset and also formatted the SD card. Still nothing good. I've been restarting my phone all over and over but the app is still there installing but not actually installing and when my screen times out there's no other way to start the phone than restarting it. I'm so much pissed off right now!
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhy can't the BB OS use some of the removable memory card space to free up the internal memory. To me this is a no brainer, most of us have 16 or 32gig cards, I would be more than happy to set aside some space so the phone could run better. Most of the new flash cards these days are reasonably fast and could easily be used as a swap file place holder or reside some of the dormitory features.
