Jan 8, 2010I activated audible roll (Click) within the "Scree/Keyborad" section, nevertheless, there is no trackpad sound.The sound profile "Normal" is activated.

BB Bold 9700 :: Inbox Interface Malfunction
May 23, 2010If I receive a message (SMS for example) then press back to read another SMS from a different contact, and then try to reply to the second message I read for some reason my 9700 sets up a reply for the message of the first sender and not the second sender. This is a recent problem and can not seem to figure out why it is doing this.This best way to describe what it is doing is "lagging".Also, sometime when I select "katie" in my phone it will randomly call "nancy".This happens multiple times in a row.

Aug 6, 2010I've had my Black Berry Bold 9700 for a little over a month. During the first couple weeks, I didn't notice that my track pad didn't click. When I realized this I just ignored it because it didn't seem like such a big deal. Well fast forward a couple weeks to today, my phone's track pad has been double clicking with one press. Not only that the clicks have been getting worse and worse. Sometimes I don't have to press anything and it will click automatically. Within the past couple hours of this, it has gotten so bad my phone sent 13 of the same picture under 10 seconds. I took the initiative and took it a part to see whats going on, but nothing I noticed was the cause. Upon reassembling it, and starting it back up the problem is still there, and still getting worse. Ive had my phone for over a month so the warranty has expired. I also don't have insurance to replace the entire phone.

Feb 9, 2010I recently moved to a brand new AT&T BB9700, it is just awesome, the best change from an old Curve. The thing is I'm having serious problems with the Battery. I'm having annoying and unexpected "blackouts" or "shutdowns", wheterver you may want to call them, with an apparently perfect battery level. Please take notice that the first charge of my BB9700 device was for a full charge as indicated by some of you for 16 hours.
Ever since, I'm having a perfect 3G and EDGE connection, been very careful not leaving open applications, but there are times, when having let's say 30% to even 60% apparently battery level, that the BB9700 completely shuts down, unoperative, without any kind of alert! No low battery led, or indication on the screen whatsoever. This is freaking me out, because this is not supposed to work like that.
I've been reading that there are some of you that have a perfect full day or even more of a regular "BB usage" meaning email, conversations, web browsing, etc. I'm 90% sure the Battery is damaged or faulty, so I need you help to guide me if there is something I'm doing wrong (I think not , and besides need your orientation on how to ask RIM/BB for a replacement battery if effectively my battery is not working as it should, and as I paid to be working!
BB Bold :: 9790 Touch Screen Malfunction
Mar 9, 2012My touch screen is not working correctly. In the middle of a message it keeps jumping to the top of the screen and randomly jumping around and pressing buttons it shouldn't. I have tried restarting the phone a few times and still it persists. I have changed the sensitivity of the touch screen and yet it also continues.

Oct 12, 2011I have a BlackBerry 9700. Yesterday the keyboard became really weird. It strted pressing u even if i was pressing something else. Also if i pressed q,e or some other letters it would close the text message I was writing. Also if i pressed spacebar, it would keep going till i pressed something else (same with backspace). the buttons either side of the trackpad (back, menu, ring, hang up buttons) keep flashing , like blinking on and off and the trackpad isnt working amazingly. whenever there is call keep on rejecting. This all happened in one day

I believe my curve used to do this. Not looking for the app you can buy re: missed calls.....just if there is a voicemail waiting.

Apr 1, 2012Just "upgraded" my Palm Pre for a iPhone 4 and going crazy trying figure out how to move my pictures out of the photo roll and into different albums. From what I have tried it seems making different albums only tags the photo but doesn't actually move it. Any suggestions as to how I can have pictures in different albums without them staying in the photo roll also? Do I need to use an app to be able to do this?

BB Bold 9700 :: Bold 9700 - Outlook Calendar And Contacts - Not Let Select Yes On Wireless Connection
Jan 13, 2010I got a new BB 9700 Bold yesterday and having problems with setting up the sync for the calendar and the contacts which are on my outlook. My hotmail email accounts are working okay. The outlook is on my PC and is the front face for my hotmail accounts.
When I go in to the BB Desktop device manager - version 5.0.1 (latest version) , I go in to the configure option on the left and it lets me click on calendar> then I select outlook and it then lets me select 'finish'. However at this stage an error box flashes up saying 'no available message stores'.
In addition when I check the wifi config on the calendar and contacts icons on the BB device it will not let me select yes on the wireless connection for them.

Sep 3, 2010I have Outlook 2007 on my desktop computer and use BT as a service provider and for my email, my Blackberry supplier is Vodafone and I use BIS.I have noticed that if my Blackberry receives an email first I don't get the same email delivered to my desktop. If my desktop gets an email first then the same email will be delivered to my Blackberry. I was happily deleting emails from my Blackberry thinking I would have them all on my desktop but I now find I have to check what emails I have on each before I delete anything. Is this an issue that anyone has come acrosss before and how do I resolve it apart from synching the Blackberry and desktop?I'm often away from the desktop which is why I bought the Blackberry in the first place.

Feb 8, 2010I have a problem with my Nokia N73.Recently I turned off the phone and when I turned it on again my keyboard wasn't working any more. It only showed the time/date settings (which I couldn't set because of keyboard malfunction). After some time, or some calls received - one part of the keyboard started working - all of it except little joystick) and I still couldn't navigate through menu. Whenever I switch off the phone it goes back to full non-working phase for some time.I can't hard reset it because "green", * and 3 are not working when I switch off the phone, and reseting the phone throug USB is also not working because I can't set my phone to offline mode because I can't use the joystick.

Jun 24, 2010Is anyone else having a problem with the alarm on the Incredible? If I set it, all works well until I "cancel" (not dismiss or snooze). Then, it will not ring ever again unless I change the alarm to a new time and then reset the alarm.It is not something a do often, but if I take a day off in the week and don't want the alarm waking me at 5:15 AM, I de-click the alarm. When I re-click it so that it will ring M-F at the same time, no alarm goes off the next day. I have to change it to another time, let it go off, then reset it back to 5:15 to get it to ring.

This has happened before but after charging my phone it started to work again. I have turned my phone on and off, tried charging it and the button still doesn't work. Although the keypad will lock when I put it into the leather case.Do you think it is a problem with my blackberry and I should return it? Aug 21, 2010My Bold is stuck on the boot screen (at about 75%). I've tried many battery pulls with and without the SIM and it keeps doing the same thing. I've searched what I think are all the threads on here relating to this, but I'm still stuck. I'm able to connect to the device if I run Loader.exe like a user suggested, but I don't know how/where to get software to load onto the device. All the places I've searched for an OS says I need to go into the device to find information about it. Well, I can't get into the device to do that. So, how do I know what OS to download and install? I really want to exhaust all possibilities before I have to completely wipe the device because I don't have a current backup. But, even if I wipe the device, I'm going to need to download an OS which I can't do now.

Jun 2, 2010I have recently purchased this 9700 (3 weeks ago) and am generally very pleased with the device. BUT If I leave the BB 9700 connected overnight to the computers USB Port for charging, and, obviously, after a few hours the computer will go to sleep, thus turning off the power to the USB port In the morning I find that the BB is: Off and will not turn on, unless it is power reset. In other words I have to open up the back and pull the battery for a second then after It is put back in the red light will display nevertheless it will turn on and be fine once it boots back up. There are no other indications or problems. I notice that other people have similar complaints with their BB's.

Jul 13, 2010I've noticed that when I talk on my left ear (which is how I always talk), I have CRAZY problems with the proximity sensor. I cannot go through even ONE call without either putting them on speakerphone, hanging up, going into contacts or dialing numbers by accident.However, when talking on my right ear, no problems at all it seams. I don't know why but it's annoying as I can't talk on my right ear, it just doesn't feel right and I'm not used to it.What have your guys' experiences been with this?

Oct 18, 2011I tried to add my friend's PIN on BBM during the service failure a few weeks ago, and although he didn't receive it, it was still marked as 'pending' on my bbm. Recently he tried to add my PIN, and the same thing happened. I can't scan his PIN because we don't usually meet up very often and I would never get the oppurtunity. Is there a way to delete any pending friend requests so that we would be able to try again, and if not, what should I do?

IPhone :: 4 Total Malfunction After IOS 5.1.1 Update
May 27, 2012I updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.1.1 on Friday, it worked normally for about 24 hours, and now all of a sudden it is completely unusable. If I press the home button absolutely nothing happens. But if I plug it into the charger and then press the home button, the white apple appears, and it boots to the grey screen that you get with a brand new phone. When I then swipe the slider I am asked for a passcode, so I enter the one I used when the phone was working normally. I then get the screen that says to connect to iTunes. Problem is that I'm traveling and so for the moment cannot connect to my iMac at home. (I have a PowerPC G4 laptop with me that can't go beyond OS 10.4 and iTunes 9.1.1.) Is there anything I can do now or do I have to wait until I return home? Or is the phone totally toast or what? I've read some stuff about SIM cards being corrupted with this update. Would a new one restore the whole phone?

Mar 23, 2011All the messages in the Conversations are mixed up with other senders. 07.20 software update does not fix it. I just had my phone software updated, no go. I recently had my phone completely reflashed from nokia care center with the updated software, but still experiencing the same issue. The issue will be noticeable once there are a couple of messages in Inbox and Sent Items already.

Feb 8, 2012I updated my C7-00 to the latest Symbian^3 Belle version yesterday. I haven't had much time to try it out but the first impression was that my phone was improved.
Now, I realized that my Original Nokia WH-205 Stereo Headset suddenly has stopped working i.e. they are not recognized by my C7-00 after the update. Why is this? I had no concerns before with the original Symbian^3 firmware or the Anna update either. Still, I can hear music with the standard headset that was included with my phone (Nokia Stereo Headset WH-102) and also with regular 3,5 mm earphones from a different manufacturer (Creative). I don't understand why the WH-205 don't work when the others seem to do and be recognized by the phone?
I'm 100% positive they are not broken as they worked perfectly fine just a couple of days ago when I could even make phone calls.
Should I roll back to Symbian Anna or is there some way of fixing this via a patch or manually?

Jan 2, 2011When I charged last time my communicator and re-used it I discovered malfunctions at the front buttons. E.g. it is not possible to release the keyboard lock of when pressing the green button (for starting a call) and see the last calls on screen it switch to the function which is assigned to the upper button. Also when choosing an operation the phone wrongly moves to voice recording!
