I'm experiencing gallery malfunctioning (not xperia gallery) after the ICS update to my Xperia Neo V. I tap a photo to open it in big screen but some other photo gets opened despite the particular one I wanted to open. What to do?
View 1 RepliesI updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.1.1 on Friday, it worked normally for about 24 hours, and now all of a sudden it is completely unusable. If I press the home button absolutely nothing happens. But if I plug it into the charger and then press the home button, the white apple appears, and it boots to the grey screen that you get with a brand new phone. When I then swipe the slider I am asked for a passcode, so I enter the one I used when the phone was working normally. I then get the screen that says to connect to iTunes. Problem is that I'm traveling and so for the moment cannot connect to my iMac at home. (I have a PowerPC G4 laptop with me that can't go beyond OS 10.4 and iTunes 9.1.1.) Is there anything I can do now or do I have to wait until I return home? Or is the phone totally toast or what? I've read some stuff about SIM cards being corrupted with this update. Would a new one restore the whole phone?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI updated my C7-00 to the latest Symbian^3 Belle version yesterday. I haven't had much time to try it out but the first impression was that my phone was improved.
Now, I realized that my Original Nokia WH-205 Stereo Headset suddenly has stopped working i.e. they are not recognized by my C7-00 after the update. Why is this? I had no concerns before with the original Symbian^3 firmware or the Anna update either. Still, I can hear music with the standard headset that was included with my phone (Nokia Stereo Headset WH-102) and also with regular 3,5 mm earphones from a different manufacturer (Creative). I don't understand why the WH-205 don't work when the others seem to do and be recognized by the phone?
I'm 100% positive they are not broken as they worked perfectly fine just a couple of days ago when I could even make phone calls.
Should I roll back to Symbian Anna or is there some way of fixing this via a patch or manually?
After I downloaded the automatic update, my phone stops allowing me to type messages. Both the screen keyboard and slide out keyboard are refusing to function. THIS ONLY HAPPENED AFTER I UPDATED MY DROID 2! I hard-restarted my phone last week and it appeared to work, but now it is malfunctioning. Every time I hard-restart my phone to factory default settings, it wipes out all of my applications.

Now I can't restart it and whenever trying to start it I get an error on screen - don't even get to punch in my code or anything. Whenever connecting my phone to my computer all I get is a message to connect it again.I have been told this might be corrected if I switch back to original factory settings on the phone, but I can't figure out how to do that.

Just got the 4.1.2 OTA update and can no longer find the camera or gallery apps. Not in the app tray, or in the "all apps" list in settings. I can't even open the camera from the lock screen, the icon is still there, but it does nothing.

It only showed the time/date settings (which I couldn't set because of keyboard malfunction). Then, it will not ring ever again unless I change the alarm to a new time and then reset the alarm.It is not something a do often, but if I take a day off in the week and don't want the alarm waking me at 5:15 AM, I de-click the alarm. When I re-click it so that it will ring M-F at the same time, no alarm goes off the next day. I have to change it to another time, let it go off, then reset it back to 5:15 to get it to ring.

Recently I bought Xperia Neo v.I'm just loving this phone.The only problem I have is, it heats up quickly while I play Games.But that's ok since it is a mobile and not playstation. But yesterday I experienced a new problem.When I clicked my Gallery I can't able to see anything.I thought all the images got deleted but after sometime I can view all the photos as usual. I thought it will work here after, but my guess failed.Still i'm facing the problem I can't able to view my photos.Why it is happening so ?. My firmware update is the latest (0.42).

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am trying to make Picasa webalbums appear in Gallery, but unfortunately not all of the albums appear. I have enabled Picasa sync from Settings, however the sync icon never diappears. Even when I disable and re-enable Picasa sync, the icon will rotate for a few seconds and then it will stop. It will not disappear as it would normally do after a full sync (that's what happens when calendar, or contacts finishes syncing)
Now, in Gallery, only few of my Webalbums appear. The funny thing is that as the albums load on to the screen some Album Titles flash on the screen quickly, BUT when the loading completes, these albums are nowhere to be found in Gallery.

View 7 Replies View RelatedIm using an Xperia mini pro which I bought a month ago. It's been woking fine till yesterday. From today morning I cant see anything in the gallary. Its just blank with a blured background. It shows "loading files and albums" then nothing happens. It has an SD card (sandisk 4GB). I checked by connecting to laptop. The files are intact. The music player works fine and it plays music from the SD card. But nothing shows up in the gallery. Tried clearing gallery cache and data from application manager. Restarted the phone several times but no hope. All the files can be seen when the phone is connected to the laptop.
