I have a sprint iPhone 5s and I wanted to see if the fingerprint scanner actually works. It turns out my phone does not come with that option.. All it says is passcode. I look at reviews and it suppose to say touch id and passcode. Right? My software is up to date (iOS7.1.1) I been having a lot of problems with this phone lately and it getting to the point where I thinking getting another type of phone.

at starting it shows the cellular data option in settings>genral>network but it is disappeared some time ago

View 5 Replies View RelatedAfter i activated my enterprise account the contacts wont sync . I the Contacts there is no Lookup option to reply the available users.
When i activate the enterprise account using Desktop Manager the contacts are synced two ways (as there is an option on the manager) the look up option on the device is active and displays all the contacts on the server.
Since the lollipop update the xperia with I went into setttings and added the account ffacebook doesn't show a an option when trying to post picturesor it but I don't get an option anymore to post with xperia for facebook, just the facebook.

View 16 Replies View RelatedI have a 5s running IOS 8.1.1 and my finger print scanner has never worked the way that it should. First off instructions on this post say go to settings/general/touch id & password. When in fact my phone is Settings/touch id & password. I can delete my fingerprints and reinstall them and they work fine for a few hours. than they wont work. It is very upsetting that I spent more money for the 5s because I wanted the fingerprint scanner. I could have saved money by buying the 5c. I have gone to the Apple store on at least 5 different occasions, and they have even exchanged my phone.This is my first Apple and I feel like I have been ripped off.Â

Every time I try to unlock my phone with my finger, it keeps saying try again and have to put my passcode.
Then I go to settings to delete the fingerprint and create a new one. So then I let it read my finger, after resting my finger on the home button. After lifting and resting my finger on the home button for about 10-13 times, I get this error every single time. What can I do to fix it? I keep drying my hands and cleaning the home button but that doesn't . On the first day I got the phone, it worked perfectly but in about a few weeks, it's not working correctly.

While charging my iPhone 3G I notices what appears to be a fingerprint-sized area of glow at both of the top end of the battery indicator.I have attached a couple of images to show what I mean. Are these lightened areas normal?I have seen other threads about battery glow but none specifically about what I am seeing but apologise if I am duplicating.

I've had the iPhone 5s for a few months now and everything worked fine. until about a month ago the phone stated freezing, and there seems to be a fault with the volume button. for some reason it sticks and the volume seems to go all the way up or down, without me pressing the button. and the only way to stop this is by turning off the phone. Â
also the phone seems to just freeze randomly for periods of time, especially when I am browsing the internet. if the phone is plugged into the charger it gets extremely hot and unbearable to hold. anyway....for some reason today the finger print just stopped working, i use it to unlock my phone and for my appstore. i went to unlock the phone and nothing happened at all, it just said "slide to unlock". at the same time the phone froze, this time for 20mins. i had to press the lock switch and the home button together to turn off the phone, nothing was working.Â
when the phone finally restarted, i went to investigate why the fingerprint wasn't working, and it just keeps saying "sorry, the operation was not successful. please go back and try again" but it wouldn't let me try in the first place. it just dosent work. why is this?
