Oct 19, 2011my nokia x6's power on/off switch isn't working. i think there's a part broken off by repeated use. can i still avail the warranty of this product?

Feb 28, 2011I own a Nokia X3-00. When I first purchased it, after 2 days, it failed to switch on. Instead a white screen appeared and after the Nokia logo appears, the screen flashes 3-4 times and than it goes off. I got a new set in place of it since it was just 3 days old. Now the new phone I got also got the same problem of white screen. I wanted to ask that what is the reason behind this white screen problem? I didn't update the firmware and didn't disturbed any settings of the phone.

Doesn't matter if I take battery out, as soon as put it back in the screen re-appears. Power switch won't work. Mar 15, 2012sometimes when i put my phone on charging it restarts mostly and very rarely it switches off and then it very hard to switch on as it doesnt get on with power key.i press menu key and power key for 15secs then it gets start.i just wanna know why this happens only when i put my cell (X7) on charging.

Feb 7, 2011At the time of writing this im a awaiting yet another problem with power to this unit. I was talked into by a sales rep into buying another Xperia after experiencing the exact same problem with the older version as im now experiencing with my current model. I rely heavily on my phone and this is a massive inconvenience to me. The problem running out of power/charger not charging/ not being able to switch back on. Then the problem resolves itself only to happen again... And again... And again. This is not good enough. Funnily enough both models ive had problems with just after the warranty runs out. Leaving me with using my phone insurance not only making my phone insurance more expensive the following year but having to pay an excess charge.

Jun 18, 2011I bought yesterday a Nokia X2-00 and been exploring it for a while, so far so good, pretty happy and satisfied with it, but there's a problem that bothers and I can't seem to find a solution for it. About the screen-saver, I can, for example, put it as a digital clock, and set a timer for when the phone to switch to screen-saver mode. Problem is, I don't seem to find anywhere an option to play with the sleep mode - no matter what, about 10 seconds after the screen saver goes active, the screen goes totally black (goes into sleep mode) and I need to press a button to wake it up. No digital clock display, no nothing.I need to be able to see the clock (and possibly an icon for missed calls/new texts) without having to touch a button. On all my old phones you could play with both screen saver/power saving/sleep mode options, but not here. What can I do?

The sim service menu(one with the sim card icon) does not open when clicked which is annoying as I use it alot.I usually have to do a full restore which deletes all my data to make it work again which really sucks. Then a few weeks later the problem reapears again, and that sucks even more. Im really fatigued at this point. Whats the point of saving stuff when you have to delete it every other week? Is there any other way to fix this without losing my data?

I took it back to MTNSP and they told me it cannot be fixed and they gave me a new handset.
The new handset: Now its a new problem, everytime I download software from Ovi, it start hanging, touchscreen not working. I switch it off and on again and it works for about 30 seconds and hangs/freezes. It does this everytime. I tried to delete the programs again but it keeps on doing the same thing. Mar 16, 2011my phone was fully functional, until I dropped it off my bed, then stood on it getting up to get it off the floor, anywhoo, the screen had broke and only the three buttons on the bottom were working. I sent the phone off to be fixed and hey presto, I got a new fully functioning screen, but now the three buttons along the bottom do not work.
