The button use to work, also now the device is generally working really unstable, so I updated the software to latest, but no change to the power button functionality.

When I select delete.. first it displays..'Delete entry from list?' but when I select 'Yes', it shows 'Invalid Selection'..If I call to these numbers..the details change to the latest call details (i.e. the date, time, duration,etc..) but when I try to delete them again shows the earlier details.Actally there were almost 15-20 entries in the call log when I performed the delete action.. All but these 2 got deleted..I have tried Re-booting and Factory Reset..without success..

View 3 Replies View Relatedthe phone occasionally turns off when i call, or recieve a call (i hear a click and phone turns off). i have to manually start it again. sometimes the problem persists for a few next calls, while sometimes it doesn't. anyways,i usually let it be for a day or two, and use my old phone. but this is getting really frustrating now, after all, i bought it to use it!i have tried the hard reset, the factory reset. i took it to the official repair shop here in my country, where i demanded they take away the **bleep** vodafone, preventing me to update further than v20 firmware.the repair shop gave it back, saying there are no more problems. im taking a guess even they did those soft/hard resets. i have the latest firmware (v30) and yes the phone does work much faster, but just now i did get another shutdown when having a conversation ! i even uninstalled pretty much all not needed apps (facebook, Internet, accuweather, games, ...) on the new firmware.i cannot have such a unpredictable phone, especially when i am working and have to take important calls. imagine how it is, when the phone dies in the middle of important conversation with the boss/costumer.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI bought yesterday a Nokia X2-00 and been exploring it for a while, so far so good, pretty happy and satisfied with it, but there's a problem that bothers and I can't seem to find a solution for it. About the screen-saver, I can, for example, put it as a digital clock, and set a timer for when the phone to switch to screen-saver mode. Problem is, I don't seem to find anywhere an option to play with the sleep mode - no matter what, about 10 seconds after the screen saver goes active, the screen goes totally black (goes into sleep mode) and I need to press a button to wake it up. No digital clock display, no nothing.I need to be able to see the clock (and possibly an icon for missed calls/new texts) without having to touch a button. On all my old phones you could play with both screen saver/power saving/sleep mode options, but not here. What can I do?

Only way of calling is going thru contacts within the menu and if it is not there then you have to set it up which is extremely long and laborious! Doesn't matter if I take battery out, as soon as put it back in the screen re-appears. Power switch won't work. That doesn't really seem like any kind of power saving to me. I burned up 7 percent in 2 hours, and I wasnt using the phone. I think I might've used less power had I not done anything!!

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have been using the Foursquare app for the past few weeks and it has worked well, never had a problem with a gps signal. All of sudden a couple of days ago, the app will only work at home. I have tried it at several places that I have checked in at before, all of them outside, and Foursquare cannot find a signal, it shows a signal icon with an X in it.... and I cannot check-in at the venue. When I arrive at home, and go inside, the app finds a signal and works perfectly. I have walked away from the house and as soon as I am out of wifi range, the app stops working.
