Xseries :: Nokia X3-00 : Cannot Delete Call Log
Nov 28, 2010I am unable to delete 2 Entries in the call log on my Nokia X3-00. When I select delete.. first it displays..'Delete entry from list?' but when I select 'Yes', it shows 'Invalid Selection'..If I call to these numbers..the details change to the latest call details (i.e. the date, time, duration,etc..) but when I try to delete them again shows the earlier details.Actally there were almost 15-20 entries in the call log when I performed the delete action.. All but these 2 got deleted..I have tried Re-booting and Factory Reset..without success..

Feb 5, 2011the phone occasionally turns off when i call, or recieve a call (i hear a click and phone turns off). i have to manually start it again. sometimes the problem persists for a few next calls, while sometimes it doesn't. anyways,i usually let it be for a day or two, and use my old phone. but this is getting really frustrating now, after all, i bought it to use it!i have tried the hard reset, the factory reset. i took it to the official repair shop here in my country, where i demanded they take away the **bleep** vodafone, preventing me to update further than v20 firmware.the repair shop gave it back, saying there are no more problems. im taking a guess even they did those soft/hard resets. i have the latest firmware (v30) and yes the phone does work much faster, but just now i did get another shutdown when having a conversation ! i even uninstalled pretty much all not needed apps (facebook, Internet, accuweather, games, ...) on the new firmware.i cannot have such a unpredictable phone, especially when i am working and have to take important calls. imagine how it is, when the phone dies in the middle of important conversation with the boss/costumer.

Jul 26, 2011On my Nokia X3-02, whenever I long-press "1" to access mailbox, I get to choose if I want to go to the voice call mailbox or the net call mailbox. I do not use the net call mailbox, it's not even defined, and even setting calls to "voice only" won't get rid of this menu. Is there a way to revert the situation so that a call will be made directly to the voice call mailbox without reverting to factory settings?

Jul 10, 2010i'm having a lots of problems with my app manager, it fails to load catalogues like the extras or the devels, i understand that it needs a couple of days sometimes to load catalogues, but its been a week, and i''m still having problems, i noticed these problems after installing some apps from ovi store, the app manager started to display messages like failed to.... or error... and when i opened the catalogues it said no catalogues, after a couple of reboots, and after i deleted like 10 apps, everything went back to normal, but i am still having problems, so is there a way to reinstall the app manager ?? a command maybe ??
i like it how i can overclock the n900 from 600 mhz to 1000 mhz in less than 30 sec.
Xseries :: X6 "Connection Errors" When On A Call?
May 12, 2012For the last few weeks each time I send/receive calls I am regularly cut off with the statement "Connection Error" appearing in the window. This has occurred sometimes within the first minute of a call and other times after 20 minutes, at the moment its every call. It also occasionally restarts itself (telling me, but then only giving me the option to say OK).
I have been to my network provider (3) who were appallingly bad and sent me pillar to post and back again so I changed provider to 02 and have spent quite a bit of time with their Guru who has performed a software update and a reset without success. When he tried to do something else the computer failed the action several times and he said the only thing he could do was send it away but because I am on PAYG they wont for me.

Aug 22, 2010I have bought this mobile phone for one month, and I can't use the app manager.I have searched in other forums but I didn't find any useful answer.So I going to explain my problems: Always that I run the app manager it prompts a message that says: "Operation fail" maybe it's not a correct translation, I have the phone in Spanish. Ok if I press the download icon it appears that there are not available applications, if I do the same with the update icon appears the same text and the "operation fail" message.If I try to download anything from the OVI or from maemo.org, It start to do it but a few second later it pront the next message: "Impossible download ........"
