View 2 Replies View RelatedI've set options for many apps (like to always allow the network access, to ask for reading user data the first time, etc.), but when I start the app, those options are not in effect. As one specific example, for Opera Mini, I set the option to always allow network access. But when I start this app and choose to open a link, it asks for the network access. Same for reading the user data. I checked the settings in the App Manager and they're fine, but just not in effect. I restarted the phone; still the same thing. The settings are present there alright, just not working. What else can be done to tell the phone to use the options set through the App Manager?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am using Nokia E7. I found this deature where in you can map a remore WEBDAV address drive to your Nokia File manager. I have accounts with skydrive, box, drivehq ets. I tried to map the WebDav address and provided the login details. The icon does show me the n/w drive. But when I connect, nothing happens. Can you help me? Is there a step by step document/guide which shows us how this can be done? The user manual provided with E7 does not have all these details!!

However the "Ok" button is missing on the left lower corner of the screen while "Back", on the right, is active. I can type in recipients, though this is tedious when I need to select multiple recipients. Further probing brought up another problem - I can see all my contacts on my phone but cannot find the contact folder nor can I backup my contacts.

I called my phone with another phone and got the normal call connected signal. Outgoing calls are possible but when dialing some numbers it shows a "not allowed" error message...After a restart it works fine again.

From hyperteminal i tried to call ATD9465234123 for data call i am getting Nocarrier error on phone it is giving connection error. As per technical spec E71 supports both CSD and HSCSD.
