I've a problem with my E72, When I try to answer an incomming call the mobile hangs and doesn't respond to any key ! also the turning sensor is not functioning..

I have just started using a Nokia E6 and I am having a problem answering an incoming call. My phone locks itself after 1 minute, which is fine, but when I receive an incoming call I am unable to activate the call by pressing the call button (left hand side button). Instead I have to unlock the phone and go through the menu's before I can answer my call.Surely this cannot be correct.

I was in my class and suddenly.oop.... out of no where, it turned off and I cant turn it on....I am Indonesian and currently I am studying in HK. I sent it back for repair and the technician mentions something about hte Integrated Circuit. Today it is with me now. However, everytime I turned it on, it stayed for 2 seconds (like the home page) and undergoes a state in which I cannot control, and suddenly it restarts by itself ... this cycle goes on and on... until I turned it off

I haven't installed any new software or application, I am still working with same files which i was using before upgrade but phone is getting hang and restarts automatically.. I don't know what to do.Also, I don't know, whether it has any relation but my battery is also getting drained pretty fast. very weird behavior of my battery.. not getting charge properly even after 3 hours.

View 16 Replies View RelatedWhen making or receiving a call, the caller or the person I am calling cannot hear me. If I turn on speaker, they can hear me. This is a new iPhone 4, I traded in my 1 year old iPhone 4, because it also was having this issue, & the apple store staff could not fix it.
I have tried turning on/off, plugging in ear buds and unplugging them, cause I heard that could help, & syncing the phone. Nothing has worked yet that I have tried.

I've had my shiny Galaxy S6 for nearly three weeks now. I bought it SIM free. Really loving the phone, but I've noticed that when I try to answer a call, the phone hangs-up instead. I have good signal and I can ring the person back immediately. At first I thought I was hanging up with my cheek, but it happened when I was in slow traffic in my car yesterday. The phone was sat in a mount, connected to Bluetooth. I used the car's controls to answer and had the same issue.
I've spoken to people who call me, and they say the call just ends with a beep, it doesn't go to voice mail. I've tested calling my S6 from another mobile and a land line and the problem happens every time.
If I tap reject, the call is sent to voice mail, so I'm not pressing the wrong button.
I've tried:
-Enabling/disabling single tap mode
-Enabling home key to answer calls
-Wiping the phone's cache partition using the Android system recovery menu
-Using a Bluetooth headset to answer calls
-Uninstalling Three InTouch, my network's Wi-Fi call app (I can answer calls if they come through this app)
I'm in the UK. Phone is SM-G920F ZKABTU, baseband G920FXXU1AOE3, CSC version G920FBTU1AODQ. I haven't rooted it.
Definitely need to know if it's possible. If not, Apple and iOS should improve that. It used to be an option on the iPhone 3GS.

i am using e52 with firmware 051.018 RM 469my problem is ..i cant receive any call in certain time and period. my caller complaint me that my fone is not responding... not power off or busy.not responding means, caller try to call me and after 10 to 15 sec of silence, my service provider system says "the number you have dialed is not responding..."and during that period, i try to make any call i receive "network busy" or "connection error."and same time, if i try to send sms , sms store in outbox and not sent.when i restart my fone, every thing work fine

While on the call, the recipients, signals was low and it its loss the connectivity, my phone gets stuck for 2,3 min with disconnect icon. When the icon is gone, I'm not able to make any call till I reset the unit. Also when I select the phone in to offline mode. The phone restart automatically. I did hard reset and .Etc.
