Dec 10, 2010i am using e52 with firmware 051.018 RM 469my problem is ..i cant receive any call in certain time and period. my caller complaint me that my fone is not responding... not power off or busy.not responding means, caller try to call me and after 10 to 15 sec of silence, my service provider system says "the number you have dialed is not responding..."and during that period, i try to make any call i receive "network busy" or "connection error."and same time, if i try to send sms , sms store in outbox and not sent.when i restart my fone, every thing work fine

Apr 6, 2011My E7 sometimes does simply nothing when someone is trying to call me. Doesn´t ring or vibrate or anything. Not even the display changes or shows a missed call after.
I called my phone with another phone and got the normal call connected signal. Outgoing calls are possible but when dialing some numbers it shows a "not allowed" error message...After a restart it works fine again.
Software version is 014.002

Feb 18, 2011I cannot make or receive call from my E72. Even cannot send or receive sms. When i dail any number a lock sign appears in front of number and nothing happens. When i restart my phone then its start working fine. I am extremely annoyed the basic functionality of cell phone is to make or recive call if we cannot perform this task what is the use of buying such expensive E-series phone. I need resolution. My firm ware is 053.001 Model E72-1

From hyperteminal i tried to call ATD9465234123 for data call i am getting Nocarrier error on phone it is giving connection error. As per technical spec E71 supports both CSD and HSCSD. How to make CSD call from Nokia E71.

Feb 13, 2012I got E5.00 with 081.004 and c00.01 software. Recently purchased. Few weeks back I have noticed some thing strange. While on the call, the recipients, signals was low and it its loss the connectivity, my phone gets stuck for 2,3 min with disconnect icon. When the icon is gone, I'm not able to make any call till I reset the unit. Also when I select the phone in to offline mode. The phone restart automatically. I did hard reset and .Etc. Still the problem there.

My phone locks itself after 1 minute, which is fine, but when I receive an incoming call I am unable to activate the call by pressing the call button (left hand side button). When you have your total call duration counter over 100 hours, the counter returns back to track call durations from zero, 00:00:00.WHY?Symbian lacks most of this basic features when compared to s40 which is a shame!

Well, This has to be a basic feature of a smart phone (infact, any phone)
if there is a number being displayed on the screen ... USER CAN MAKE A CALL TO IT.
But unfortunately NOKIA has failed to provide this BASIC FUNCTION.
Is there any hope of getting this BASIC feature in next update?

If say I have three missed calls form different numbers and I call one back using the available feature, the board will remove one of the other two numbers form the missed call notificaton board. I have not noticed a pattern in this behaviour. I have tried updating but none of the versions I got solved the problem. My Language set is 17.01.

May 24, 2012My iphone4 has recently made a call by itself! I have a 4 digit passcode lock, not sure if it has happened before but will be checking my 'recents' list in future.
The call was made to someone in my contacts and lasted for nearly 7 mins......I have also experienced the disappearing songs problem and had to reload part of an album from my itunes library on pc.
