Nov 11, 2010I have bought a new E63 recently. The issue is my E63 restarts automatically while using it for surfing the internet on the PC or using nokia's Internet radio. I have activated the GPRS service from IDEA and i am using it on the mobile phone as well as on the PC. But my mobile phone restarts after 5-10 minutes while using the internet connected through the mobile phone on PC. I am facing this problem all the times whether i connect through the data cable or through the bluetooth. My friend is also facing the same problem as he is also having the same Handset. i have also visited to Nokia service center ..They formated two times...and whether i use memory card or not...the problem still persist.....The phone gives me very high downloading speed 20kBs to 30 kBS .....but restarts after 5-10 mins. ...i think internal modem overheats....or some bug in firm ware...( i have latest updated firmware (500.21.009. 02-06-2010 RM-437 )

Jan 5, 2012I've had my Nokia E5-00 since 11/25 and it's been giving me hell this past week. I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but I tried changing the lock code so I could lock my phone, and right as I entered the default 12345 and then it asked me for a new code, I put in the new code and it restarted. I figured it was just the phone updating itself. Then, the phone began restarting randomly, and sometimes it restarts multiple times before it stays put for an hour or two... Only to start the process all over again.When it restarts, the Nokia logo doesn't have the holding-hands thing. The screen turns white, sometimes the Nokia in blue letters appears, but never the hand-holding.I know some people have had this problem with the E5-00 and I'm wondering what I can do. I tried updating the software - twice - and no dice.

Oct 16, 2011I have been a Nokia E72 user since jan 11 and have been facing some problems with the phone. Initially the phone used to abruptly hang and would require the battery to be taken out & reinserted to start the phone. After the Firmware update the problem got reduced but now the phone hangs and automatically restarts. This is quite frequent & very irritating. I have tried the hard & soft reset but the problem still remains the same. The firmware that i am using is 054.005 / make - Malaysia.

Apr 6, 2011My E7 sometimes does simply nothing when someone is trying to call me. Doesn´t ring or vibrate or anything. Not even the display changes or shows a missed call after.
I called my phone with another phone and got the normal call connected signal. Outgoing calls are possible but when dialing some numbers it shows a "not allowed" error message...After a restart it works fine again.
Software version is 014.002

When i restart my phone then its start working fine. Feb 13, 2012I got E5.00 with 081.004 and c00.01 software. Recently purchased. Few weeks back I have noticed some thing strange. While on the call, the recipients, signals was low and it its loss the connectivity, my phone gets stuck for 2,3 min with disconnect icon. When the icon is gone, I'm not able to make any call till I reset the unit. Also when I select the phone in to offline mode. The phone restart automatically. I did hard reset and .Etc. Still the problem there.

My phone locks itself after 1 minute, which is fine, but when I receive an incoming call I am unable to activate the call by pressing the call button (left hand side button).
