How can i delete the no number entry in my call log. Tried to delete it bt showing invalid selection. Have tried all the ways, restore factory, delete log list, software update but the problem presists.

Recently, I happened to browse the Nokia X6 product specs page on the Nokia website. One of the said features is Number Screening (which is present in my Nokia X1-01). However, I can't find any Number Screening features on the X6!
How can this be? All I wanted is to eliminate unwanted sms and calls. I've been using the same phone number for several years. can I file a lawsuit against Nokia for false advertisement? I'm calling Nokia's attention regarding this matter!

When I select delete.. first it displays..'Delete entry from list?' but when I select 'Yes', it shows 'Invalid Selection'..If I call to these numbers..the details change to the latest call details (i.e. the date, time, duration,etc..) but when I try to delete them again shows the earlier details.Actally there were almost 15-20 entries in the call log when I performed the delete action.. All but these 2 got deleted..I have tried Re-booting and Factory Reset..without success..

View 3 Replies View Relatedthe phone occasionally turns off when i call, or recieve a call (i hear a click and phone turns off). i have to manually start it again. sometimes the problem persists for a few next calls, while sometimes it doesn't. anyways,i usually let it be for a day or two, and use my old phone. but this is getting really frustrating now, after all, i bought it to use it!i have tried the hard reset, the factory reset. i took it to the official repair shop here in my country, where i demanded they take away the **bleep** vodafone, preventing me to update further than v20 firmware.the repair shop gave it back, saying there are no more problems. im taking a guess even they did those soft/hard resets. i have the latest firmware (v30) and yes the phone does work much faster, but just now i did get another shutdown when having a conversation ! i even uninstalled pretty much all not needed apps (facebook, Internet, accuweather, games, ...) on the new firmware.i cannot have such a unpredictable phone, especially when i am working and have to take important calls. imagine how it is, when the phone dies in the middle of important conversation with the boss/costumer.

I just got the Z3 and am having an issue with my contacts. When I go to select a contact to call it displays the fax number as default to call. Is there a away to change that? It does it for all contacts that have a fax number, the Phone icon shows up beside the fax number.
