Iphone4s - because I use pass lock I cannot decline a call such as a blocked number. If I can't see who is calling then I don't want to answer it. But due to having my phone on lock - i can see its a blocked number but there is no option to decline. If i unlock my phone it automatically answers the call.
I have recently had to block a number. I am continuing to receive messages from this number. I have the number blocked with Verizon and turned off iMessage, but it's not working.
I found instrustions to call to an emergency when if we have screen lock password but what if we have not set the password. We still need to call faster than we unlock screen, go to calls, dial the number and press call buttom. Its quite long process.
I have an iPhone 4S, which is on the 3 (UK) network. When I am in a call, and someone else calls me, it beeps, and the person that is calling me pops up on the with the options to ignore that incoming call, and to end the current call and talk to that person phoning. But some people who phone me think that i'm ignoring them. usually if you are on a phone, it goes to voicemail, if someone else is calling you. this only happens if my sim card is in my iPhone - not in any other phone.
I just got the Z3 and am having an issue with my contacts. When I go to select a contact to call it displays the fax number as default to call. Is there a away to change that? It does it for all contacts that have a fax number, the Phone icon shows up beside the fax number.
When I receive a sms message sometimes, the original text comes through fine. However, a few minutes later I get small bits and pieces of the original message sent to me in about 10 separate text messages ( sometimes more ) from a California telephone number (I live in Mass.). When I call that number from my Bionic, it goes right ot my voice mail voice mail. When I call the number from a landline, it states that the call cannot be completed.
I just updated my iphone 4s to OS 5.1.1 The iphone is blocked when a call is missing. The only way to unblock is taking off the sim card. I never had any problem after updated the OS.
This question is not specific to the Nexus 6P, but that is the phone I carry. I add 2 or 3 phone numbers (telemarketers) to my blocked call list every week. When a telemarketer calls, I
(1) hang up, (2) go to the call log, (3) tap the call record to expand it, (4) tap "call details", then (5) select "block number."
That's all very simple. The issue is that now that I have dozens or hundreds of blocked numbers , when I miss a call, there's no easy way to see if the missed call was from a number on my blocked list. A missed call from a blocked number looks the same as a missed call from an un-blocked number (unless they're in my contact list). I can scroll through (but not search or sort) my blocked call list by
(1) opening phone app, (2) tapping "Settings" in the primary menu, then (3) tapping "Call Blocking."
This presents a list of all of the numbers that I've ever blocked, but I can't search it and I can't sort it.
in a perfect world, the Call Log would somehow show a flag for missed calls from blocked numbers so that I don't have to search the list to see if the number is blocked. In an even more perfect world, a tap on that number would take me to a detail page showing all the times that number has called and been blocked. Finally, the blocked number list would be both searchable and sortable. I think that most/all of this could be accomplished by a 3d party app - for which I'd gladly pay five bucks. There are lots of call blocking apps on the market, but they all appear to operate separately from the Android native call blocking function.
Recently I frequently receive the notification "Restricted access changed" along with "Voice call service blocked". I really don't know what cause such notifications and it is very annoying.  Moreover, when such notifications are received, the signal drops off at the same time. I can't make any phone call or receive any call.
I did update the firmware to 4.4, but the problem still exists.
Iphone 4 on AT&T..worked good for months, suddenly whenever a call comes in, the screen goes black. I reset the sim card, made sure there was storage space, cleaned up apps/pics/etc. It was IOS 5 and not working properly, upgraded to latest IOS on 5.12.2012 thinking it might help. Nope. Don't want to have to restore from original setting,
I have bought a new iPhone 6 64GB on 29th Dec 2014. Before that I was using an iPhone 6 16GB for one month.Â
My new iPhone really made me trouble in last 24 hours; 3 Crashes.Â
One, I was using whatsapp, a call came, started to vibrate continuously, can't attend call, shutdown automatically after one minute of vibration, heat up also. Â
Two, same whatsapp, viewing some images, a mail notification arrived, then not responding for a minute, again shutdown.Â
Three, again whatsapp texting, an incoming call, vibrating continuously, shutdown after heat up.Â
Suddenly i have changed all vibration settings from whatsapp. I really don't know is it a problem of whatsapp or ios.Â
Recently I have received a call on my iPhone. While on conversation the phone vibrated 4 times with 10 seconds interval between each vibration as if I am receiving text messages. When the call ended shortly after, I looked at the home screen and a message "iPhone is disabled try again in 1 minute" displayed.Â
When I unlocked the screen after about a minute later there were no messages received and all of my apps have been re-arranged. Â
The apple id I use is an email where the email admins have notified me that in the past couple of weeks there has been multiple unauthorized attempts to get access to it.Â
My phone will vibrate but thats all. The buttons of the side won't work. When I click on ringtones they will play and songs will play out of my phone, but my phone won't ring when I get a call or text.
I have an iphone4, When i'm in a call and when i receive an sms with tone set the calls's audio drops out, however the counter keeps ticking
When the sms tone is set to none and and when in a call it doesen't affect the call when sms received during the call Took a long time to figure out the problem Then i upgraded from 5.0.1 to 5.1 thinking that this will fix my problem but
Some times it even hangs or blacks out Finally i found that any app with sound opened with call in the background disconnects the audio of the call
I have no sound when receiving a call through the earpiece. The caller can hear me and the bottom speakers work fine. I can only hear when using headphones or speaker mode. Have tried restarting, tapping the earphone speaker, blowing into it..
When I updated my. iPhone 4S to IOS 5.1,I noticed that the camera flash keeps blinking when receiving a call or an alarm is started..is it normal for the new IOS?
Sometimes I cannot hear the voice after making or receiving call. However, it resumed to normal after restoring IOS, how can I fix this problem permanently? I am using iphone4 with IOS 5.1
With my iPhone 4, when I make or receive phone calls, I can hear the other person, but they cannot hear me. Apps like Pandora, iTunes, Voice Memos, and Shazam all work fine as far as playing music and recording sounds.Does anyone have any suggestions? One thought I had was to get a bluetooth phone set.
