Iphone 4 on AT&T..worked good for months, suddenly whenever a call comes in, the screen goes black. I have an iPhone 4S, which is on the 3 (UK) network. When I am in a call, and someone else calls me, it beeps, and the person that is calling me pops up on the with the options to ignore that incoming call, and to end the current call and talk to that person phoning. But some people who phone me think that i'm ignoring them. usually if you are on a phone, it goes to voicemail, if someone else is calling you. this only happens if my sim card is in my iPhone - not in any other phone.

When I updated my 5530 XpressMusic phone to V20.0.080 it began to shut down when I pick up the phone. It even shuts down when I dial a number and the other side picks up.The only possible way using my 5530 as phone is by enabling the loudspeaker.Are there any updates fixing that problem? One, I was using whatsapp, a call came, started to vibrate continuously, can't attend call, shutdown automatically after one minute of vibration, heat up also. Â
Two, same whatsapp, viewing some images, a mail notification arrived, then not responding for a minute, again shutdown.Â
Three, again whatsapp texting, an incoming call, vibrating continuously, shutdown after heat up.Â
Suddenly i have changed all vibration settings from whatsapp. I really don't know is it a problem of whatsapp or ios.Â

Recently I have received a call on my iPhone. While on conversation the phone vibrated 4 times with 10 seconds interval between each vibration as if I am receiving text messages. When the call ended shortly after, I looked at the home screen and a message "iPhone is disabled try again in 1 minute" displayed.Â
When I unlocked the screen after about a minute later there were no messages received and all of my apps have been re-arranged. Â
The apple id I use is an email where the email admins have notified me that in the past couple of weeks there has been multiple unauthorized attempts to get access to it.Â

I have my phone # associated with Google Voice such that when someone calls my Google Voice number ... it rings my iphone and my landling. I have configured GV (just like a lot of other GV users) to make me press 1 to take the incoming call.Â
This worked wonderfully on my iphone 4s (IOS 7.x). But there is a problem with either iPhone6 or IOS 8.XÂ ... now the problem ...Â
- When I pickup the call on the cell ... GV asks me to press 1 (like it always does). I press 1 ... No acknowledgement. I can hear the DTMF tone but it does not get registered.
- When I pickup the call on my landline ... I am able to press 1 and accept the incoming call.
- My first thought was there is a bug in IOS when the phone is in the locked screen ... but no ... even when I get the call with the phone unlocked ... it will not register any of the DTMF keys
- To test this I added my wife's iPhone 4 (not 4S) running IOS 7.1 to my GV account. I was able to answer the call by pressing 1.Â
