When I updated my. iPhone 4S to IOS 5.1,I noticed that the camera flash keeps blinking when receiving a call or an alarm is started..is it normal for the new IOS?

i thought i was crazy at first and it was just my imagination when i saw it flash up when receiving a text message/notification/ phone call and the camera flash lighted up. then today i had my phone on silent and received a phone call and just watched it light up and flash until i finally picked up. i've went through a bunch of the settings but i cant find one to turn this off.

I am confused. Everything I have been told/read is that the BlackBerry Curve 8530 doesn't have a camera flash but I was just on the BlackBerry website and was looking at the specs. It says that there's a built in flash. Is there a flash or not? I would love to get it if there is one.
View 14 Replies View RelatedI finally updated my firmware today with the 031 version, i was using before the 021 version with the old firmaware i had some problems with the camera and the blinking LED.I updated today hoping that those problems would get solved but i noticed that they stills exist.When i take pictures the phone stops responding for a couple of seconds and the taskbar below becomes a bit foggy while the blinking LED doesn't stops blinking after the phone enters the standby mode.i've set it to stop after 5 minutes but it doesn't stop at all and it's very unconfortable during sleep time at night having to whatch your room blinking.does anyone else had the same problems and maybe solved them?

When I am in a call, and someone else calls me, it beeps, and the person that is calling me pops up on the with the options to ignore that incoming call, and to end the current call and talk to that person phoning. But some people who phone me think that i'm ignoring them. usually if you are on a phone, it goes to voicemail, if someone else is calling you. this only happens if my sim card is in my iPhone - not in any other phone.

new to blackberry in general. have the bold 9700 and mostly have it on silent so i rely heavily on the red led blinking to signal a missed call. i could have sworn this was always the case cause a vm would generraly acompany the call. the other day the light was green so i thought i was good but in fact i had missed an important call. is this the way it is or is there a setting to have the led blink red with a missed call just like a message.

i upgraded to the bold 9900 4g recently. my old BB took great pictures, no matter what the lighting situation. but the 9900 only takes good photos in good light. the flash seems to be out of sync with the camera. the flash works -- it just doesn't seem to work in sync with the camera. could this be a software issue, or is it simply a mechanical/electronic issue?

When I switch it to "on", nothing happens. However when I go to video mode and press, "on", it works fine. Am I missing something?

I have an iPhone 6 and want to take a picture under low light conditions (of Christmas tree) but when I set the flash to "on" in the camera app it never flashes and the photos are very dark.
