IPhone :: Camera Flash Keeps Blinking When Receiving A Call?
Mar 20, 2012
When I updated my. iPhone 4S to IOS 5.1,I noticed that the camera flash keeps blinking when receiving a call or an alarm is started..is it normal for the new IOS?
i thought i was crazy at first and it was just my imagination when i saw it flash up when receiving a text message/notification/ phone call and the camera flash lighted up. then today i had my phone on silent and received a phone call and just watched it light up and flash until i finally picked up. i've went through a bunch of the settings but i cant find one to turn this off.
So as my title says. I'm looking for an app to have the flash go on when I get a phone call. I used 3 different apps in the past and they all worked on my other phones but not working on my nexus 6.
The flash works fine with the camera but doesn't work with any other app using the flash like flashlight or heart rate monitor. I tried downloading different apps or deleting the app and reinstalling rebooting the phone each time but the problem persists. Any suggestions? I upgraded to 5.1.1. The same
I am confused. Everything I have been told/read is that the BlackBerry Curve 8530 doesn't have a camera flash but I was just on the BlackBerry website and was looking at the specs. It says that there's a built in flash. Is there a flash or not? I would love to get it if there is one.
I finally updated my firmware today with the 031 version, i was using before the 021 version with the old firmaware i had some problems with the camera and the blinking LED.I updated today hoping that those problems would get solved but i noticed that they stills exist. When i take pictures the phone stops responding for a couple of seconds and the taskbar below becomes a bit foggy while the blinking LED doesn't stops blinking after the phone enters the standby mode.i've set it to stop after 5 minutes but it doesn't stop at all and it's very unconfortable during sleep time at night having to whatch your room blinking.does anyone else had the same problems and maybe solved them?
I have an iPhone 4S, which is on the 3 (UK) network. When I am in a call, and someone else calls me, it beeps, and the person that is calling me pops up on the with the options to ignore that incoming call, and to end the current call and talk to that person phoning. But some people who phone me think that i'm ignoring them. usually if you are on a phone, it goes to voicemail, if someone else is calling you. this only happens if my sim card is in my iPhone - not in any other phone.
new to blackberry in general. have the bold 9700 and mostly have it on silent so i rely heavily on the red led blinking to signal a missed call. i could have sworn this was always the case cause a vm would generraly acompany the call. the other day the light was green so i thought i was good but in fact i had missed an important call. is this the way it is or is there a setting to have the led blink red with a missed call just like a message.
i upgraded to the bold 9900 4g recently. my old BB took great pictures, no matter what the lighting situation. but the 9900 only takes good photos in good light. the flash seems to be out of sync with the camera. the flash works -- it just doesn't seem to work in sync with the camera. could this be a software issue, or is it simply a mechanical/electronic issue?
I searched and thought for sure this would've been answered elsewhere, but couldn't find anything.Anyway, when I'm in the camera app in camera mode, the flash toggle is set to "auto". When I switch it to "on", nothing happens. However when I go to video mode and press, "on", it works fine. Am I missing something?
I dont know if im the only one with this problem but i have the body glove case for the iphone 4 and i have the camera flash set to automatic and when i take a picture it comes out with a glare but when I take the case out there is no glare. Is there any solution of how to fix this? Im getting the incase snap case which should be delivered to my home today but i wont be seeing the case until i get home from vacation on monday.
Last week, I used the flash and zoom on my camera, everything was normal, the buttons were there. Now When I open the camera icon, I have just the button for the switch mode( front and back), no more zoom or flash options/buttons at the top of the screen camera.
I have an iPhone 6 and want to take a picture under low light conditions (of Christmas tree) but when I set the flash to "on" in the camera app it never flashes and the photos are very dark. Also tried Auto and that doesn't work either. How can I get my iPhone 6 to flash when I need it to or manually so I can lighten up my photos?
how to make this stop? Ive looked everywhere in settings ive reset my phone at least 5 times ive turned my phone off and back on and it still wont stop. Its driving me nuts i dont want my flash to go insane everytime i receieve something.
I upgrades the software of my iPhone 4s to 5.1 since then the flash light is blinking when incoming call comes rebooted the ph many times but doesn't help what shall I do ?
Iphone 4 on AT&T..worked good for months, suddenly whenever a call comes in, the screen goes black. I reset the sim card, made sure there was storage space, cleaned up apps/pics/etc. It was IOS 5 and not working properly, upgraded to latest IOS on 5.12.2012 thinking it might help. Nope. Don't want to have to restore from original setting,
