I can't delete some number from call log. After the last update 8.70 the problem is still here. Why? I know that a lot of people have the same problem, but Nokia do nothing. I'm disappointed. If Nokia don't fix this in next update, next time i will not buy a Nokia phone.
View 3 RepliesI have tried to delete my call log from my phone however I get an "invalid selection" error message. The logs do not have any time and date next to the names and I am unable to delete. Also I have tried to delete some of my messages but all that has happened is the messages appear to be blank and I get the error "Error Occurred, Deletion not completed".
I have spoke to phones 4 u who I got my phone through and they have said they will have a look and it may need to go away to be sorted. I have tried a soft and hard reset but this has not worked. I was wondering if there was anything else I could try before I take it in.
I have purchased nokia C2-03 and I am very disappointed to nokia handset C2-03. I found that some basic function are not available such as

I am unable to delete 2 Entries in the call log on my Nokia X3-00. When I select delete.. first it displays..'Delete entry from list?' but when I select 'Yes', it shows 'Invalid Selection'..If I call to these numbers..the details change to the latest call details (i.e. the date, time, duration,etc..) but when I try to delete them again shows the earlier details.Actally there were almost 15-20 entries in the call log when I performed the delete action.. All but these 2 got deleted..I have tried Re-booting and Factory Reset..without success..

As it didn't work after installation I decided to remove it.After removing it also, I see that it has not deleted Call mailbox setting that it created while installing. If I go to Settings > Calling > Call Mailbox I see account listing with , but there is no option to remove it.
