I have purchased nokia C2-03 and I am very disappointed to nokia handset C2-03. I found that some basic function are not available such as
1. There is no option to delete a entry from call log
I have tried to delete my call log from my phone however I get an "invalid selection" error message. The logs do not have any time and date next to the names and I am unable to delete. Also I have tried to delete some of my messages but all that has happened is the messages appear to be blank and I get the error "Error Occurred, Deletion not completed".
I have spoke to phones 4 u who I got my phone through and they have said they will have a look and it may need to go away to be sorted. I have tried a soft and hard reset but this has not worked. I was wondering if there was anything else I could try before I take it in.
I can't delete some number from call log. After the last update 8.70 the problem is still here. Why? I know that a lot of people have the same problem, but Nokia do nothing. I'm disappointed. If Nokia don't fix this in next update, next time i will not buy a Nokia phone.

I do not require these but I do not have the option to delete them - all I can do for now is move them to a new folder which I have called 'Unused apps'. Can anyone shed any light on how I can remove these apps and therefore free up more memory.
I have a hands free called plantronics.I cant pair it to my Nokia E52. I was able to in the past however in error I did something and now it cant pair.Although it is showing "pair new devices but each time I put the password in it says: cant pair. The Nokia E52 does not have the option to delete existing devices.

View 4 Replies View RelatedAfter reading all this threads about different issues with Nokia, here are my problems with the new Belle:
1st - the backup during installation DID NOT saved setting on my phone so I had to remake them all over again. The explanation I came up with is the new OS etc.
2nd - there is no option to see messaging as in normal view with inbox, Sent items, Delivery reports etc. Everything is shown as in conversation thus I can't personalize my view. Meanwhile there is still option in settings to receive delivery report which I can not see because it is not shown in conversation window. After some time I choose to restore factory settings and get back to Anna. Imagine my surprise when after rebooting the new OS was still on and this is NOT my original software.
3rd there are some other "small" but annoying changes, one of them is the fact I can not switch to battery saving anymore, can not use fast change of profile, if I don't have gadget for clock (and I don't) I need to go through menu in order to change alarm or time.
Basically I want to know is there a way to downgrade to a previous OS or should I bring my phone to the service?
I just bought nokia 6303i classic and i am surprised to see that there is no option to mark/ markall messages in inbox or sent items. If i want to deleted mulitple.

After disconnecting the call I wanted to delete all my call log but the Shathi log was not deleted... then I tried to do it its giving " Invalid Selection" I tried changing the name to Shathu but still that Shathi is coming... Even I made backup of contacts and restored to factory the problem not solved.

When I select delete.. first it displays..'Delete entry from list?' but when I select 'Yes', it shows 'Invalid Selection'..If I call to these numbers..the details change to the latest call details (i.e. the date, time, duration,etc..) but when I try to delete them again shows the earlier details.Actally there were almost 15-20 entries in the call log when I performed the delete action.. All but these 2 got deleted..I have tried Re-booting and Factory Reset..without success..

As it didn't work after installation I decided to remove it.After removing it also, I see that it has not deleted Call mailbox setting that it created while installing. If I go to Settings > Calling > Call Mailbox I see account listing with , but there is no option to remove it. In the options I only see "Call internet call mailbox".How does one get rid of this please. (as this causes extra tab to be appearing in my contacts)
