After 08.63ï firmware update for my Nokia C3 phone, there are invisible messages in my inbox, sent folder that I can't view or delete. I get something like "Error occurred. Deletion not completed".

I have tried to delete my call log from my phone however I get an "invalid selection" error message. The logs do not have any time and date next to the names and I am unable to delete. Also I have tried to delete some of my messages but all that has happened is the messages appear to be blank and I get the error "Error Occurred, Deletion not completed".
I have spoke to phones 4 u who I got my phone through and they have said they will have a look and it may need to go away to be sorted. I have tried a soft and hard reset but this has not worked. I was wondering if there was anything else I could try before I take it in.
I'm using nokia 5800 model. In that two messages got failed while sending and stored in Outbox. I tried to delete those two messages. But the status of those two msgs has been changed to 'Deferred' and are not getting deleted. I restarted the mobile, but again its there in the Outbox. I tried PC Suite to delete those messages. But those messages are not getting listed in the PC Suite. Kindly Suggest some solution for this problem

Even cheapest Nokia models have a Delete All Messages option! This is very useful since I receive so many messages and twice a day I must use it. But I cannot find it in my C6-01, I can't find and it exists, it will be added in a firmware update!

I performed a phone switch in my X2-01 to transfer my contacts and messages from an N2690.The data connection was lost before it can complete so I had to do a second try. I noticed that there were a lot of messages with empty headings in the X2-01 which I did not have in the N2690. I tried to delete them, but I was getting the message "Error occurred. Deletion not completed." over and over again.When I used a PC Suite, the empty messages displayed with their body and I recognized them as the previously deleted messages in the N2690. I was unable to delete the messages using the PC Suite even after restoring to factory settings (including personal data).

I can delete the from the Facebook folder but they will reappear & I have to continually delete them. However, I have messages dating back to early November (when I just downloaded the newer FB version last week) on my phone that I can not delete at all & they are beginning to pile up. I recently upgraded from the D1 to the D4 and have my Hotmail account set up via Corporate Sync. Incoming messages sync correctly but messages I delete on the phone do not delete from the server. On the D1 the two-way sync worked correctly for emails deleted on the phone but I can't seem to get it to work on the D4.My settings for the corporate sync account are:Username: full @hotmail email addressPassword: passwordServer: m.hotmail.comUse secure connection: yesProxy: blankAnyone else having this problem? After update all messages are erased and she had important information there. I installed Ovi Suite on Mac and downloaded extra support for C7, but I couldn't restore that information. She never installed Ovi Suite on her PC. My question is: is she installs Ovi Suite for PC on her laptop, will she be able to restore old messages? I recently switched to Belle as well on my Nokia N8, but I'm not that crazy about old messages, so I haven't noticed it. I checked on my phone using Files disk C, but there wasn't any folders with my username.
I am not able to send Group messages from Nokia C7.I am sending messages to a distribution list having 70 members in it, only 20 messages are going fine and the remaining 50 stuck in the inbox saying Failed or Resend at XX:XX.Then i usually try to click on each message in the out box and send them again. [i dont know why there is no mark all option in outbox ] But from 3 days eventhough i am trying to send the 50messages again it is just saying Resend at XX:XX.
1) I tried sending the messaged from OVI suite but no luck
2) With help of vodafone customer care i verified all my message settings, message center number and everything are fine. (if they are wrong the first 20 should also stuck na..)
3) I thought it was a n/w problem i called to vodafone Customer care and they asked me try in another phone.
4) I have taken my old nokia 5310 Xpress music inserted the same sim and sent the 70 messages, they all went very fine.
I just reset the settings of my phone thinking there could've been a virus or something but I can't delete several messages that appears but got no info at all. I can't read it neither delete it.
