Jul 3, 2011i am an e7 user. I was recently downloading a couple of videos at the same time when my phone hanged and had to be restarted. When it did restart, most of the files had to be redownloaded. All except one. The downloads list claims that the file has been saved. The video plays bt isnt completely downloaded.The problem now is that i cant delete the video through the file manager. The error msg says web:already in use.. When i tried deleting the file from the downloads list of the web browser, there was a similar msg.

Aug 11, 2011I have tried to delete my call log from my phone however I get an "invalid selection" error message. The logs do not have any time and date next to the names and I am unable to delete. Also I have tried to delete some of my messages but all that has happened is the messages appear to be blank and I get the error "Error Occurred, Deletion not completed".
I have spoke to phones 4 u who I got my phone through and they have said they will have a look and it may need to go away to be sorted. I have tried a soft and hard reset but this has not worked. I was wondering if there was anything else I could try before I take it in.

I am not able to receive any file via Bluetooth if that file is not openable by Nokia. ie., if I receive a jpg or mp3 file, it receives fine, and when I open it from Messages, it tries to open it, and then I save it from the Message to the Gallery.But when I try to receive some other type of files which is not supported by the mobile, it receives the message, but it fails to open the bluetooth message and as a result, I am not able to save it to the Mass Memory. It says Un supported files.
Say for instance, I am trying to receive a docx (Microsoft Word) file, then I face this problem.Is there any way to save the file directly to any folder in memory without trying to open the received message?Had it been some protected files like .SIS or .SISX then I would agree, but It's bad if I am not able to receive general files.

It is file.ext, then file001.ext, then file002.ext. and so on It is not possible to open the files. When I delete the files, then they keep coming again, starting from 0 to 001 and so on. Jan 8, 2010i have got a sound clip which is i believe its in amr format now i cant delete it when i go into my sound clips i got the sound click there but when i click delete it says unable to delete and just goes to like a lock key icon and i cant do anything more with it. it is on my sd card stored but i cant even locate it by looking for it manually by putting the sd card in my pc. When i go into my gallery for some reason i got all my video etc there but i got this sound clip about 10 times in an microphone icon and i cant even delete it there as well.Whats going on guys i tried a hard reset and that but cant get rid of it. What should i do? I tried to scan the card for bad sectors and it found 32 and fixed um but i still cant delete that file and i believe its causing my phone to behave funny like random pics turn up on the phone that i not even put on there and phone freezing etc.

Apr 14, 2012Because my iTunes wasn't syncing my music to my iPhone properly, I tried to reinstall iTunes. I deleted all Apple-programs, except the Bonjour-file. Deleting via Control Panel doesn't work, because I have no access to the file. I can't open it in Program Files because it's damaged and unreadable. How on earth is it even possible that you can't remove one d*mn file from your computer.
