I got my C3 last week, and since then I keep receiving data (bluetooth and internet are shut of). It is file.ext, then file001.ext, then file002.ext. and so on It is not possible to open the files. When I delete the files, then they keep coming again, starting from 0 to 001 and so on. I already resetted the phone. What can I do to stop receiving the files?

When I call it just says their is no service at this number. I know I have service because I can send texts to other people and call other people. My phone is a Nokia C3 also.

I am sure I don't have memory issues as there is nothing on the phone now. However message sending is fine. I tried hard and soft reset and also updated software via OVI Suite but still its the same. He received a .jpg from someone that he wanted to move into a file folder.So he creates the folder but then can't figure out how to move the file INTO it.Menu options, touch-dragging, holding down the icon for the image hoping for a menu nothing.He sees that he can move the file between phone memory and his SD card... but he doesn't want to do that.
