my phone is disable to open most of formats that are relate to media files, for example :wmv It meaning that my phone just open mp3 files and a few of mp4 files.

I am facing an error on some files downloaded from ovi player as- "File format not recognized". I have ovi music unlimited subscription. Although i have tried reinstalling windows media player, Ovi player etc., but those certain files just redownload in few seconds and also they have Unknown Artists and unknown Albums with them. While i have no problems in playing other files , so i don't think this is a codec related issue.

As the folder name suggests, they're phone messages (I assume so anyway) ! I now want to open these messages but cant find a way to do so! After a few updates it seems as though the videoformat has changed, because I can't import them in any software on my computer. Windows Media Player won't play them, Sony Vegas editing software won't accept it, Avidemux won't convert it. When I open the folders with videofiles from the Z3, no image of them can be displayed. 1) Unable to open gif attachment as animated file in gmail, I usually use Quickpic to open gif file in my device and in cloud storage because Gallary dose not work. But in gmail i do not have to option to choose the app, the default image viewer in gmail ( may be gallery ?) dose not display the animated effect. So i have to save the file to my phone or to Gdrive to see the animation. Is there a way to view the animation directly in the email without save the file??
.2)Could i send image files in Android gmail as 'In Line' Similar to the 'insert photo' function in desktop gmail instead of 'Attachment', how?
I got my C3 last week, and since then I keep receiving data (bluetooth and internet are shut of). It is file.ext, then file001.ext, then file002.ext. and so on It is not possible to open the files. When I delete the files, then they keep coming again, starting from 0 to 001 and so on. I already resetted the phone. What can I do to stop receiving the files?
