Feb 24, 2012I was able to watch videos with .flv format in Anna OS, but after upgrade to Belle, I am not able to play the videos.s there any specific video software do I need to install or Belle doesn't support FLV format?

Aug 8, 2015When I had the Z3 for only a few months, everything was working fine. After a few updates it seems as though the videoformat has changed, because I can't import them in any software on my computer. Windows Media Player won't play them, Sony Vegas editing software won't accept it, Avidemux won't convert it. When I open the folders with videofiles from the Z3, no image of them can be displayed. It suddenly seems completely incompatibable with anything on Windows. How do I get to use the stills and video shot with my Z3 again?

I have looked into it as much as I can and it appears the Mpeg-4 or mp4 certainly should play on the device. I have managed to install an mp4 video and only get the audio of the video but no picture. How to get everything working - either which types of video format I need to use or whether a video player needs to be installed. Jun 3, 2015I took some videos last night when I went to a concert. My internal memory was getting full so it recommended moving them to the SD card which I did. Now I can't view the files and it won't play in any different video applications that I have downloaded. I reformatted the sd card after backing it up and still nothing! Why is this when I can see the files on my phone. They are there but won't play. I haven't done anything wrong! I literally am frustrated and want my videos back.

Although i have tried reinstalling windows media player, Ovi player etc., but those certain files just redownload in few seconds and also they have Unknown Artists and unknown Albums with them.
