If my C7 screen is on and I receive a call, the screen switches off. I have to either use screen unlock to turn it back on or hit on other buttons to bring it back on and receive a call. And if the screen is off it remains the same when I receive a call and have to go through the same process to switch it on and receive a call. Well I cal receive a call using the green button

I do use Lux pro for screen brightness control. Otherwise the screen is just slow in getting bright when I turn on the phone. Am I missing a setting?

The camera wasn't working properly a few months ago,so decided to service it but the technician told to replace it.But after a few days it started working fine again. Since last week when he receives a call he is not able to hear until he switches to loudspeaker. Today the screen has gone "WHITE" and not able to see anything. How to solve this? Will a software upgrade fix the problem??Can u suggest a suitable upgrade or a flash for it?
View 7 Replies View RelatedE6 #1 (made in Finland): had to bring it to repair service because of pathetic battery lifetime and no notification light.Got a new one 2 weeks later:6 #2 (made in Hungary): had to bring it to repair service, as the screen blanked out when making or receiving a call (proximity sensor broken?). Notification light issue unchanged, Couldn't test battery as it went back to repair after one day only.Got a new one 2 weeks later (i.e. today): #3 (made in China):first of all I upgraded to OS V22. Needless to say notification light didn't change. Besides:- battery cover wobbly, a fraction of a millimeter too short. Chinese quality issue?- bluetooth doesn't work properly. A connected and authorized headset (that worked well on the previous 2 E6s, an X7, an E72, a Blackberry etc.) doesn't connect when being turned on. Have to connect manually when wanting to make call.

Everytime the phone rings I press the button on the side and touch the unlock button on the screen, but before I can touch the answer button, or press the Green button the screen goes dark and locks then I have to do the side/unlock screen thing again.

I wait couple of more seconds and then the screen comes back and I continue using it normally. It is happening alot now , do you think it is a software problem or not ?Does the cover that came with the blackberry curve has to do with it ? Like a magnetic thing or something ?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have a iPhone 6 (32gb) OS version 8.1.1 and a Jabra BCE-BT350 bluetooth ear piece. For the last month or two every time I make a call using my bluetooth it rings once on my bluetooth then automatically switches over to my iPhone speaker (not loud speaker, just regular). I have to get my iPhone and manually select my bluetooth device as the speaker, which defeats the safety feature of using a bluetooth. I've had this bluetooth for a while now and never had this issue until recently. Not sure its an issue with iPhone 6, OS 8, settings or Jabra.

Odd thing is that in the settings, it still shows fingerprint. Am I missing something ? When I put it on pattern though, it has no issues , and always has the pattern every time I turn e screen on.

2) White screen and Phone hanging up
The problem is once it gets hanged up, automatically switches off and never starts up again. While it starts up, only the 'NOKIA' boot logo is coming , and the handshake logo is not coming up after it. Took it to a Nokia Care center, near my house but yet after reflashing the OS with V11.56 the same problem started occurring just after a day!
I upgraded to 2.3.4 Gingerbread about a week ago. System version is 64.1.22.A953.Retail.en.GB No problem for the first few days but since then the screen switches off randomly (that new CRT-style shutdown, very cute). I can be viewing Google Maps, or using the camera, or browsing the web...doesn't seem to be a single trigger. The screen turns off and if I switch it back on quickly it will switch off again; if I wait a few seconds and switch on then it stops freaking out and the screen stays on.I've been using Cloudskipper and WinAmp with the lockscreen features enabled (since the stock music player on Milestone2 doesn't show up on the lockscreen). Could these be the culprits - is there something unstable in 2.3's lock-screen?Screen timeout and security timeout are set to 60 minutes.

When I call it just says their is no service at this number. I know I have service because I can send texts to other people and call other people. My phone is a Nokia C3 also.

It is file.ext, then file001.ext, then file002.ext. and so on It is not possible to open the files. When I delete the files, then they keep coming again, starting from 0 to 001 and so on. When I am in a call, and someone else calls me, it beeps, and the person that is calling me pops up on the with the options to ignore that incoming call, and to end the current call and talk to that person phoning. But some people who phone me think that i'm ignoring them. usually if you are on a phone, it goes to voicemail, if someone else is calling you. this only happens if my sim card is in my iPhone - not in any other phone.

I am sure I don't have memory issues as there is nothing on the phone now. However message sending is fine. I tried hard and soft reset and also updated software via OVI Suite but still its the same. Also calculator application doesn't open. When I select calculator nothing happens.
