I still face a problem that when I buy mobile then phone memory was 40MB, but now it reduced to 30MB. I try to browse and remove unwanted file from phone memory. But nothing gonna happen. I also use pc suite, mass storage etc, but can't. What can I do now?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI know this has been discussed lots before but I can't seem to "find" a solution that works for me.The N97 phone memory 64MB shows full but when I look at it under Explorer I can only see about 25Mb of material.Where is the rest of the memory going to? I have gone through all the folders and files via expoler and can't find anything bigger than 2MB except Maps at 9MB. When I add them all up it comes to just over 25MB.Any tips on what I could move to the Mass Memory delete to free up some memory. As far as I can tell everything that can run off the Mass Memory is already there (text messages, images, music, apps etc).Are there some sort of log files or crash files that I could delete without hurting the phones operating system?

View 3 Replies View Relatedi have got a sound clip which is i believe its in amr format now i cant delete it when i go into my sound clips i got the sound click there but when i click delete it says unable to delete and just goes to like a lock key icon and i cant do anything more with it. it is on my sd card stored but i cant even locate it by looking for it manually by putting the sd card in my pc. I open details of Phone Memory and it says that Images take 5787 kb. I open image folder in it and theres nothing.

I heve a couple of programes that say "file corrupted" when I try to delete them. How does one get rid of them? A hartd reset? Re-install phone software? Also, my phone runs version 10.0.020, no update available apparently. Very strange, this phone was bought the one soled. I thought that all Nordic phones run essentially the same software version.
