I bought my C6-01 and I am really satisfied with that, it's great But a few things are gone!
Even cheapest Nokia models have a Delete All Messages option! This is very useful since I receive so many messages and twice a day I must use it. But I cannot find it in my C6-01, I can't find and it exists, it will be added in a firmware update!
After 08.63ï firmware update for my Nokia C3 phone, there are invisible messages in my inbox, sent folder that I can't view or delete. I get something like "Error occurred. Deletion not completed".

Incoming messages sync correctly but messages I delete on the phone do not delete from the server. On the D1 the two-way sync worked correctly for emails deleted on the phone but I can't seem to get it to work on the D4.My settings for the corporate sync account are:Username: full @hotmail email addressPassword: passwordServer: m.hotmail.comUse secure connection: yesProxy: blankAnyone else having this problem? I'm using nokia 5800 model. In that two messages got failed while sending and stored in Outbox. I tried to delete those two messages. But the status of those two msgs has been changed to 'Deferred' and are not getting deleted. I restarted the mobile, but again its there in the Outbox. I tried PC Suite to delete those messages. But those messages are not getting listed in the PC Suite. Kindly Suggest some solution for this problem

My Nokia Store works perfectly and the downloads and installs as well but, and this is about the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me, all of a sudden the apps i downloaded from Nokia Store "disappear". They don't come up in the menu and the icons of the ones that are on the home screens get replaces by blue interrogation signs "?". Needless to say i can't open them anymore and have to reinstall them.

The logs do not have any time and date next to the names and I am unable to delete. Also I have tried to delete some of my messages but all that has happened is the messages appear to be blank and I get the error "Error Occurred, Deletion not completed".

My C3 00 doesn't save messages. Conversation view has only the received texts and the sent items box is always empty. I have a replacement handset and have tried resetting to factory settings, checked via Nokia website updater that I have the latest version etc all to no avail. Nokia phone helpline suggest that I send it back for a reset but I am then without a phone for 10 days so will probably settle for a refund. Does anyone know if a fix will be coming from Nokia? I really want to keep this handset as everything else is fine.
