Nokia :: Want To Manually Change Call Duration
Jan 18, 2010Is it possible to manually change the call duration to what I want it to be set as.I used my dada phone while he was away and holiday, and just found out that he wrote down the total call duration before he went away. I have been using his phone and found the paper he wrote it on.

Jul 20, 2010I have an N97 mini and I have about 40 contacts in my phonebook.I have added the number of a friend to my contacts but, when he texts or calls me, his name doesnt show on my phone.It just shows his normal phone number +4477****.I am 100% certain that the number added is correct and is shown in my contacts. I have tried deleting and adding it again, but it still doesnt show his name.I have even tried changing the name and phone number of another existing contact to his name number, but it still doesnt show his name when he calls or texts.All my other contacts work fine.Anybody know what is happening here?Am I missing something really obvious?

When you have your total call duration counter over 100 hours, the counter returns back to track call durations from zero, 00:00:00.WHY?Symbian lacks most of this basic features when compared to s40 which is a shame!

Jun 29, 2012I recieved a call about two weeks ago. It was an incoming call, I answered, the call lasted about 10 minutes, and I wrote down the number to call them back. I must have written the number down incorrectly because it does not reach him. In the Phone app, under Recents, it shows a list of recent calls. However, I receive a lot of calls so that call is already no longer listed, it only lists back about a week. Is there some way that I can still access the number that called me two weeks ago? Would the number be saved anywhere that I can access? I have no other means of contacting him.

Now I'm confused as I cannot find the "SUMMARY AFTER CALL" option anywhere on the phone ! For those who don't know what it is, it shows how long was the call made, in other words the call's duration after the call has been ended.

Jul 16, 2012I bought my 808 in Singapore, a country where other brands of smartphones come with an option to turn off the shutter sound eg HTC Desire S or an option to turn off the shutter sound when phone is in silent mode eg Samsung Galaxy S2. I was disappointed upon purchase of 808 to find that no such option existed.I would like to request Nokia to consider releasing a software update that allows users to turn off the shutter sound either as a setting or when phone is in silent mode. This was what Sony Ericsson did for its K700i model many years ago.There is a need to consider the varied needs of users eg the need not to awaken the baby when getting a shot. I wonder if this post is sufficient to convey my request to Nokia or should I make my request known to Nokia in another way that you can suggest?
