sometimes when i put my phone on charging it restarts mostly and very rarely it switches off and then it very hard to switch on as it doesnt get on with power key.i press menu key and power key for 15secs then it gets start.i just wanna know why this happens only when i put my cell (X7) on charging.

Suppose I am in general profile and I press power button to change the profile, the switch off option and the profile list will be displayed for a second and then the phone restarts... I have tried all the options like upgrading firmware and formatting and restoring the phone.. but no use.

In the beginning gsm have some crashes; and this morning I did successful update to v. 025.007; The version, that I downloaded, was shown in the site and Nokia software updater. After successful update X7 still restart on its own on every 1 (one) minute!

When powered up via usb and PC or direct from mains, all i het is the red message light showing all the time and nothing else ..but sometimes it goes out and on screen is a picture of a battery with a blue zig zag flash running through it. This is a bit random, but seems to alternate between either redlight or battery outline. Plugging Bold into PC and running blackberry desktop manager does not do anything - the desktop manager does not recognise that a device has been plugged in (hence does not show PIN). Has the battery suddenly and completely died? (There were no signs of this happening before - no performance issues etc)

It's not even charging. I bought it 15 days ago. I also tried to on it by holding vol. up button and home button but nothing is happening. Instead a white screen appeared and after the Nokia logo appears, the screen flashes 3-4 times and than it goes off. I got a new set in place of it since it was just 3 days old. Now the new phone I got also got the same problem of white screen. I wanted to ask that what is the reason behind this white screen problem? View 2 Replies View RelatedA few days ago the battery completely discharged and the phone switched off so i recharged it but initially i couldn't turn it on, it kept vibrating but the screen remained black. After several attempts (startup screen appearing but shutting off) i got it to turn on but the touch screen wasn't responding, i couldn't unlock the keypad. I was beginning to think my phone was bricked but taking the battery out and reinserting it seems to have sorted things out. Now i'm reluctant to let the battery fully discharge in case it happens again and i can't recover the phone!
Is this a bug caused by the update? I've read of others having similar issues. Yesterday for a few hours i couldn't dl apps from the store which is why i ask as similarly others have had this issue since updating. My X10 came with the update but was fine up until then.

I was talked into by a sales rep into buying another Xperia after experiencing the exact same problem with the older version as im now experiencing with my current model. I rely heavily on my phone and this is a massive inconvenience to me. The problem running out of power/charger not charging/ not being able to switch back on. Then the problem resolves itself only to happen again... And again... And again. This is not good enough. Funnily enough both models ive had problems with just after the warranty runs out. Leaving me with using my phone insurance not only making my phone insurance more expensive the following year but having to pay an excess charge.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have had my X6 16GB for just over a year on a contract with O2, now I've not really had any problems with it, few bugs etc but nothing major. Recently out of the blue however it's decided it doesn't want to charge, the phone will show the charging indicator when the charger is plugged in however it will not charge the battery, then the battery will completely drain and I can no longer power the phone on.
The phone has a 2 year warranty and has just under a year left so it was sent back to O2 who have just said it is "Beyond economical repair" and sent me a broken phone back which is no use to me at all. I've had Nokia's for as long as I can remember but I'm not really quite sure what I'm to do with this one as at the moment it's a useless paper weight.
With both the charger and the USB charging, the screen shows charging, the battery meter runs as if charging, but even after an hour of charging, the charge remains the same and immediately shows low battery

I have an iPhone 4s (Verizon). I had recently purchased what was described as an OEM screen plus LCD after I had cracked my factory screen. After replacing the screen and LCD such features as the side volume controls, vibrate switch, and proximity switch (dimming after accepting a call) have stopped working. I double checked to see that all of the connectors were pushed on correctly and they were. Is it possible this may not be an OEM screen and causing the problem or is there a piece of the hardware that I may have damaged that controls all of these functions (i.e. motherboard)?

So of course there's switch mode from work and "play". I have this issue where when I switch from one the theme changes and if I switch back the theme doesn't change.
