I use some bluetooth headphones for gym and commuting use and was surpirsed to see a very obviuos decrease in performace of my Z5 when audio was streaming to them.

View 2 Replies View Relatedive been dilligently updating my 5800 since i got it, ive not been happy with some of the updates like the stupid swipe alarm system (imho its stupid) and everything has generally been an improvement until i update to the latest version available to me on o2 in the uk,since then the phone has actually ran slower, ive needed to tap the screen more than once to get a response and sometimes during text entry i can only describe the phone as going mad thinking the screen is still being touched and entereing in letters or backspacing the entire block of text its a tad dissapointing to be honest, and re-calibrating the screen has made no improvement, one thing i admit to not trying yet is reinstalling the software but i wondered if anyone else had a similar problems since then as well
View 5 Replies View RelatedMy EVO Design 4G performance has degraded since the latest firmware update; menus are unresponsive and chunky, stock applications hang up and freeze, third-party application that ran smoothly on the previous OS/firmware crash.I've power-cycled my phone and also removed and reseated the battery. I've also disabled third-party applications so that only the stock-applications are running in the background.Is there a way to downgrade back to the previous firmware?

I do very little internet browsing. I just leave the phone on my desk, check my emails occasionally. Is this normal performance ? Does anyone get more than a day's use?

I could not get phone to download the address book to my car's (BMW 328i) on board system, it constantly broke the connect, and generally did not work well. The situation seems to be night and day with the D3. Whatever Motorola has changed, is definitely for the better. It syncs ot my system instantly, offers a strong and crystal clear connection, and has been very stable overall.

I have just purchased a Sony Z5 (2 days old), when trying to listen to music through a headset or via Aux to Aux in the car, the music also comes out of the phone speaker. I have cleared the data from the SMART CONNECT app and i have done the usual IT solution of turn it off and back on again, but this hasn't worked.

I have even set a "Smart Connect" function to try to work around this. Nothing better than having your ringer sound out over a sound system in a restaurant where you work...
My feedback from support chat basically said that the phone is made to do that and that since the phone is functioning correctly there is nothing they will do.
I am pretty sure I am a capable person, and should be allowed to control my phones notification functions.
Recently purchased a x03-02 and I am quite disappointed with the sound quality (mostly bass) when I use to play music via bluetooth in the car, had a sony erickson and notice a huge difference from one another in the same song

I assume Bluetooth is just bad on this phone. use Bluetooth headphones while I'm at work. I have to pause a lot of times obviously. Around 90% of the time I have to use my phone to continue playing what I was listening to.
Pressing play with the button on the headphones does nothing. Sometimes if it's around a minute or two later the headphones button will work. If it's longer it never works. Is this happening to other people. I am unrooted. The only change is unlocked bootloader. I am also still on MDA89D. My phone doesn't seem to want to update.

I have used Samsung devices in the past and if I had my headphones connected and I paired my device with my car or Bluetooth speakers the audio would continue to play through the headphones and I would have to disconnect them before audio would play via the Bluetooth device.

Smooth with no pauses or lag. Does not even seem to get hot. Can any damage be done?
I also turned off the animations as well which could also contribute to the speed feeling really fast. My battery does not appear to be draining much faster.
does rooting and unrooting affect phone's performance ? what if I root my S6 and unroot it (let's assume that I repeat this 4-5 times ) will it affect?
