I have attempted to use these horrible headphones wiht multiple different phones now and I still have the same issue If I am walking around the sound constantly cuts out and skips!I can't believe Motorolla would seel such a useless product.I don't know if it has something to do with the buildings in the city or what because if i am in my car or on the subway it doesn't really happen, only when I'm walking around the city.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI loaded "Fallen" by Evanescence onto my phone. Initially I was pleased with the audio quality, but the instant the bass cut in, I was horrified. It was noticeably distorted.
It wasn't playing particularly loudly, so it wasn't a volume issue. Turning the volume down didn't help.I was listening with Sennheiser EH1430 headphones, which are perfectly adequate.The audio tracks are 320Kbps VBR from Amazon MP3. The music sounds great through my HiFi, so the tracks are not distorted.I compared the MP3 files on the phone with the originals; identical.
So, am I just out of luck, or is there anything I could try?

View 9 Replies View RelatedWhen I bought my E63 I noticed that while on my previous phone the sound got all distorted when I tried to record a loud live performance, it sounded pretty good on the E63, even if the concert got loud. Since that discovery I usually record one of two songs of a show I visit as a souvenir. It's become quite a big thing for me.Now the E63 has a pretty mediocre camera, so I'm thinking about upgrading to a model with a better one. Of course it is essential that this new phone can record loud sound (110 dB and over) as good or even better than my current E63. I know that this is not a given from people with iPhones or phones from HTC: all they get is when they try to record loud sound is distortion.are newer Nokia models still as good at recording loud (rock and metal show) sound and is there some technical spec that I can check to make sure this is the case?

View 14 Replies View RelatedI highly value the sound output of a phone and how it can drive pro headphones. So I went to ATT store and took my Sony headphones with me.
I was pleasantly surprised by the dynamic range and quality of the sound. It is rich and satisfying. it can drive big headphone nicely. Bass was not only present but it was clean and un-clipped, punchy and full. I did not go over 27 on volume since it was very loud already.
I did not keep my 920 for this reason; 1520 is miles ahead of 920 in music sound output.
so my land rover has built-in bluetooth capability and is paired with my iphone. when i get into the car it connects and i can play my itunes through the car speakers and take calls etc .. all very nice.
when i get back in the house, all sound is gone from itunes and Internet etc...
i have tried a hard reboot.. nothing...
it seems to get stuck thinking it is still playing sound over bluetooth to my car?? that's all i can think of...
When I'm playing music and stand up, I can hear a faint vibrating sound in my right ear bud... I've tried them with my nexus 7 and they didn't make they sound, but they do with my HTC one.

View 2 Replies View RelatedDoes anyone have poor signal quality on their phone? I frequently have 1 or two bars, and then the next second I have 5 bars and then down to nothing... all when standing still! Is this just a HTC feature, as I see other HTC phones have the same issue.
The funny thing is that any signal monitoring App that I've installed tells me I have 25% signal, when the phone won't connect to the network!
I've had this phone for about a week now and just noticed that the sound gets distorted when playing music every now and then.
I listen to music on the way to work but after work when I try it, it's cracking/stuttering/skipping, basically unlistenable.
At first I thought it was black player but then the same thing happened on the music app. Different headphones didn't work, it's even happening on the speakers with headphones unplugged. But I've found it is only happening on music as I played a movie at the same time ; the music was shtting itself but the movie audio was fine.
The only sure fix is to restart the phone. Even then, after once I do something else and come back to music, it's all distorted again. Music is on internal storage. Don't have an sd yet...

I noticed that the bottom of the touch frame is differs from the plane of the metal case. The different is ~1mm. I also noticed that there is a gap on the top of the frame under the frontal camera. When I put my DS on the charger the gap is more visible. I attached an image of this stuff. I'm waiting for your opinions.

Sound came back for a while then went again. I noticed this started soon after I upgraded to 5.1.1 . Ive also looked at the error reports the phone generates for apple and there are a few memory low notes.

My issue since downloading ios8 and I just download ios8.1.2 YOU CANT LISTEN a radio from speaker while you work in garage or while music is playing suddenly sound stops when you look at the screen time is still counting but no voice etc. I have been using iPhone since day ONE and never ever seen this bad software issues.i got iphone 4s 64GB and if this continue soon I am gonna be switching to Android forever :

I got an iPhone, when playing the games it got no sound. BUT, when playing music it got sound.
I press on the + - button in left navigation, it got no respond. If I play the game and I plug in the headset, I can heard the sound of the game.Â
I have try to reboot, and also trying to press the home and start button together until it reboot.
I got Bluetooth lag on my Phone when im playing music, but mostly when its in my leg pocket. If I put it in chest pocket.
I got problems when im in conversation to, No matter which pocket i use.
I have problem with laging bluetooth, when i listen to music through car BT radio, after some time it starts to lag and music stops, my father has a problem with calls, after some time he cant hear the other person, and that other person cant hear my father, his then then starts to lag too. Is there any way to fix that problem, or will be there any update repairing bluetooth?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI bought a new n97 mini. Everything is working fine except the camera. The image looks foggy and blurred. Its not only with the camera pictures but also with the video recordings. When I do a half-press (focus), the preview looks decent but the picture taken is bad. Looks like a picture taken in a 1MP cam! I have tested some N97 mini's camera in some shops and I was impressed. Hence I brought it. But unfortunately it looks like a problem in my mobile!
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My main usage is Camera and its very frustrating to see images with such bad quality!
My partner and I have just gotten Xperia Z5 Compacts and are both experiencing really bad call quality. The caller on the other end is mumbly and sounds far away and during the call it jumps from being really loud to really soft, and the whole time unclear.
View 4 Replies View RelatedEver since I upgraded from 5.0.1, my 4s has had the worst cal quality on At&t. It makes calls fine however once in conversation my voice drops out for 2-3 seconds about 10 times a min according to the folks I am speaking with. And when my voice does come through it sounds muffled. I always have at least 4-5 bars. I have traded in my 4s now four times but every phone I get in return comes pre-loaded with 5.1. Is there a way to drop back down to ios 5.0.1?

Whenever I play music through my phone, with or without headphones, there is a sporadic noise that sounds similar to a record skipping, but more distorted. It is not the two tone beep others have posted about, nor is it the usual problem with headphones. The sound occurs in multiple audio apps. The default music player worked fine up until about a week ago (maybe two?), then the noise started. At first, a secondary app worked fine, but today that started making the noise as well. Force quitting the default app worked for a while, stopping the noise when I started the app back up, but now it goes back to the noise almost immediately. What this noise is or how to stop it permanently?

I recently updated to 5.1.1 and my phone will stop playing music through the headphone/AUX jack. Pulling out the cord and plugging it back in reinitiates the music, but it will stop soon afterwards again. The song is still playing (because play icon still up). Thought it was a problem with the cord, but other iPhones (not updated--friends phones) work just fine for long periods with no interruption. I checked out the headphone jack looking for lint or debris and did not find any, so I did a restore.
After restore of phone same problem, random cutting out using the headphone jack. This morning it is doing the same cutting out while playing music with my Bluetooth Bose speaker... so I tested it with my physical stereo system dock, again, music cuts out. (I've tested all my music devices--Bluetooth speaker, physical stereo dock, and car aux jack/cord with other NON-updated iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S with no problems like the one I am having.)

All photos and videos are very poor quality, somehow blurred, like always to be out of focus.I tried in different light situations, different modes, but no improvement. Maybe I expect too much, but the N900's photo engine is complimented a lot.Here is a photo of better quality shooten with my n900:
