Samsung :: Memoir T929 - Applications Or Modifications
Mar 13, 2010I have a Samsung Memoir T929, which I finally got carrier subsidy unlocked recently. I do use it on T-Mobile, though. Anyway, I have done some searching and I know there is quite a bit of information out there, but it is hard for me to determine what is the best applications or modifications. Can anybody suggest the best applications or modifications for this? If there are other website that I ought to be reviewing, I do not have the full data plan, but rather just T-Zones (Web2Go?).

Nov 6, 2010Got a problem with phone lock. After 2 years of not using this phone had to return to it because of issues with current phone, and after entering PIN, it asks for some code. Phone's language is not English, but I guess it's some phone lock or so. Tried all codes I've ever used and none of them works, I feel really dumb, because I don't even remember myself enabling such a codes, because I've always liked phones to boot up fast, not even using PIN. So I'd like to know how can I get rid of this code. Of course, I'm trying to find original manual and papers from when i bought this phone(no luck yet), but as warranty is over already, I don't think that it's gonna be for free, nor cheap.

Jan 2, 2016I don't miss a lot of things about my moto x, but I do miss that you could access the home screen by just pressing the power/side button, so long it was within the time frame that the screen automatically locked. Is there a way to do that on the galaxy s6? I hate to have to swipe the lock screen every time, if I need to access the phone again within the period that the screen does not automatically lock.

After sliding the camera button and getting into the camera, simply pressing the button takes you right into the phone without ever having to enter your password. This is a major problem! Jun 30, 2012I am having an issue where i receive the standard unlock screen even though I have a password configured. If I use the slide menu I am never prompted for my password. There are also times when the normal unlock screen will flash up and then go straight to my password.
Current configuration: PIN, lock screen after 5 sec, lock immediatly on power press.
This only happens when I allow the screen to go to sleep on it's own. If i press the power button I am not seeing the issue.

Jun 28, 2010My stepdaughter has a Samsung Impression and she forgot her password to get into her phone. As a result, her phone won't let you past the phone lock screen.
I've tried removing the battery and entering *2767*3855#, but it just say "unsupported character" when I hit the # key. I even tried *2767*2878# and it says the same thing, "unsupported character".
How can I get into this phone? To make matters worse, the calibration on the touch screen is so off that it's virtually unusable in the portrait position.

Jul 19, 2011I've lost the 4 digit user selected security lock code which is required to reset the phone.Virgin says Samsung should help recover the code and Samsung says Virgin should help recover the code.A while back, I found a code on the web that allowed me to go into a service menu which listed among other things the lock code. I can't find any information on how to get back into that menu.
By the way, yes, I tried the last 4 digits of the phone number, 0000, 9999, 1234.If anyone knows how to get into the service menu on this phone
The only codes I've found so far are:##786# which gets into an info menu but doesn't have the lock code.##33284# which requires a 6-digit security code which I don't know.
