View 1 Replies View RelatedI get this message when i want to start up the phone. A few days ago it also had problems to start up: I pressed "on" button untill it vibrates (then it normally starts up) but it didn't do anything, after some tries (around 15) it did start up. Then today the phone just shutted down and wasn't able to start up. And I get the message in the title.I have tried hard reset (shift, space, backspace + on) but it doesn't do anything.I have the newest firmware for my country (Belgium) and i think its 92.003 but not entirely sure.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI used to install Java games and apps, some of them are not trusted and the others are trusted and this was the main reason for the 1st time I see this error msg about the failed Start-up.. after I fixed this problem by soft reset, I installed my apps normally and I tried to avoid untrusted Java apps but I installed vBag to play the Gameboy Advance games and I installed Poker game which showed me "Memory Full" after I play it or read about the rules for some minutes while I installed the game on my memory card and not the phone memory.. "Phone Start-up Failed" always happen after connection or packet data ending questing with Yes or No

View 2 Replies View RelatedI tried using Sony Bridge for Mac to update my Z3. Naturally, it failed (I had massive problems updating the other Xperia I had too).
All my phone wants to do now is say 'The software update failed.Make sure your phone is connected to a computer and try again'. This is, of course, a ridiculous thing to suggest, as my Mac will now not recognise the device as I can't turn it on.
I tried installing a new email client and ever since the phone is not booting its giving above error any clues how to install the OS again on E5 I ok with data loss

I'd really be grateful to you if could help me out with this. I have got a locked Nokia N91. I went to a local mobile repair shop which claims to unlock branded phone. While it was being unlocked, the phone got some error for some unknown reason and now whenever I start my phone, all it says is ' phone start-up failed, contact the retailer' the repairer says the phone's IMEI is damaged which I have confirmed from various repair shops and would need some RPL file (which I haven't got any idea about) and since Nokia servers are down its not possible right now, he tells me to wait for a bit before the servers are up on the run again. I have no idea if its even true. All I want to know is Can My Phone really be Repaired? And if Yes whats the Criteria for doing so? And if i take my phone to Nokia repair shop. I am afraid they would not fix it since they haven't got a license to unlock branded phones.

I Just Installed BlackBerry Desktop Manager V5.01 and it wouldn't pick up my phone even though it's connected. I tried accessing the the BlackBerry Device Manager and it says 'The application has failed to start because XmlLite.dll was not found. Re-Installing the application may fix this problem.' - Of which I have done twice already. Is there a problem with this version of Desktop manager or any resolutions to fix this? I'm trying to upgrade my device to OS6.
