on certain situations (still to be understood) when using camera on my E72 it results in a phone powercycle: phone is suddently switched off and then automatically turned on again.Sw version is 022.007 (022.007.265.02 dated 10-Dec-2009) and no updates are currently available.Does this happens to you too?I'll be glad to tech support if this sick behaviour could be fixed, since it is very annoying.

When i'm on a phone call it automatically brings up the dial pad instead of going to the standard options like speaker phone and mute and all that. i often switch to speaker phone when on a phone call and i have to click twice when i could just click speaker phone.its just annoying i was wondering if there is a way to switch it to default to the speaker phone screen?

My n900 died, I mean it, its just dead.I'll start by saying I tried all this and no go ..URL...All I see is the nokia logo and.. well thats it.
can't do anything with it, if I remove the battery and put back the logo goes back on and again, thats it.When pluging it to a usb my pc makes a sound like something was connected but the flasher and NSU do not find anything even with the "u" key pressed down.

So, my camera stopped launching. I fixed this yesterday by backing up my contacts and bookmarks and doing a reset (*#7370#).But then I noticed a few MORE issues with the phone that didn't exist before.
1. File manager. I can't copy files from one folder in my memory card to another. when i attempt this, the file manager spontaneously shuts down and redirects me to the main menu.Also, I can't seem to install any files on my phone. I'll start the installation, i'll accept the terms of agreement, i'll press continue... and then NOTHING. It just sits at the screen showing the .sis file i was trying to install. but nothing happens. i can't even delete the file b/c it says it's in use.
2. Image editor. i can edit images, but when i try and save them, the editor just closes and takes me to the image gallery. No saved image.
3. software update. the software update shows me a list of available updates like adobe flash lite, ovi contacts, shazam etc. I'll select a file to update, say for example, adobe flashlite.It'll say downloadin adobe flashlite (1 of 1) but the progress bar just WONT progress! it stays empty!
4. Settings>application manager>installation files.this will show an installation file for one theme that ...i'm not even sure i have on my phone anymore! at least, i can't find it on my memory card ( which is where it's supposed to be)which is strange, since i have a bunch of other installation files on my memory card which aren't showing up at all.it's perplexing. they should have a seperate forum dedicated to issues with the 5530, given the amount of trouble one has with it.
oh, i forgot the mention, my firmware is very much up to date. it was up to date before i performed the reset.but i updated it again last night, just in case that'd fix the issues above.it didnt.
I made a backup of my N8, thereafter a reset back to factory settings and re-installes the backup to the phone. Now... when pushing the camera buttom og icon nothing happens. It goes into black for a few sec and the back to menu

View 2 Replies View RelatedEverything works ok except the built in camera !It is a very strange and unusual behavior , it is not broken but it works at totally random times !i tried everything i could but i did not succeed in finding a right pattern that makes it working all the time.I just have to turn the phone on and off all the time and HOPE that it will work.

I have an iPhone 4S running 7.1.2 and it seems to randomly try to download/ play songs that I have bought in the past but do not have in my phone.Â
I have "show all music", "show all videos", "Automatic downloads (for music, apps, books, updates)" turned off in the iTunes & App Store tab of Settings.
I have "show all music" turned off in the Music tab of Settings.
I don't use iTunes Match or iCloud and only add/ remove songs (that are not new purchases) to the iPhone via my laptop.Â
When I plug into my Appradio in the car and go into play ipod and shuffle songs all of a sudden it's trying to play songs I haven't downloaded or listened to for years and the same happens when I plug in my earphones and select play shuffle with the music app. It starts trying to play songs that I have not put on my phone. Sometimes it will skip over them, sometimes they start playing.Â

View 2 Replies View RelatedI recently got the HTC One X on 3. I have been having issues with the signal. At my house I receive full service from 3. Every now and then the signal drops and I get Emergency Only calls & that is how the phone remains. If I power off the phone the signal is recovered back up to full strength. The same issues happen if I am driving, sometimes going through an area that has no signal and then returning to a full signal area the phone fails to recover this signal unless rebooted.
This however does not happen every time which does seem strange. I have been told by HTC that they have not heard of this issue before, and all they can do is repair the phone. The phone is barely two weeks old and has to be repaired!!! Not good. I previously had a Desire and had very few issues apart from lack of phone memory. Is it 3 that have issues, which seems unlikely to me, or is it the phone. If I send it away for a repair I will be without a phone which is very annoying to say the least. I really don't know what to do.
I haven't receive any update notifications about lumia 920 since I bought this one for almost a month checked the web, it says reset might help to improve it so I want to know if reset causes loss of content for the phone or it is just for reboot

I've tried charging my Nokia 1020 for 8 hours with no luck. After that I tried the 2 key and 3 key reset with no luck as well. I tried to plug it up to my computer but I got nothing there either. I am getting no indication that its charging and I'm starting to think I'm out of options. Is there anything else I can try? I have attempted doing a nokia software updater firmware update and it confirms i'm on the latest firmware (10.2010.19.1) and i've used the app updater and updated all apps. It has happened before i enabled the extras-devel repository, so I doubt the fault lies there.
Since i restarted the device prior to running "cat /proc/bootreason" i can't find out the reason why it rebooted, but i will update this post as soon as it does it again.
I recieved this phone from Optus Australia, and is running a number of apps from both the ovi store and the app manager. The only apps i have installed from the extras-devel repository are unrar and unzip apps, although i did note that it updated a few other apps at the same time, like flashlight.
