IPhone :: Reset 4 To Factory Defaults With Airplane Mode On?
May 14, 2012I reset my iPhone to factory settings and all went well. However, before I did so, I forgot that I had put it in airplane mode and didn't switch it out. Airplane mode is still on and there's no way to get it out. What's the big deal? Well it's trying to reactivate my phone and it won't activate it without the antennas on...and I can't get to the Settings to disable Airplane mode because it's in that iOS 5 initial set up. I can't get past it at all to?How can I get this Airplane mode disabled so it can activate? I tried activating through iTunes and it didn't work. It is not jailbroken or anything.

Jun 24, 2013So about a week ago my phone dies and I put it on the charger... like 60 secs later I try and start it back up. I was also working on my laptop and used one hand to start the device. Once it booted back up it was factory reset. Asking me to set up my phone... I'll my pics and music were gone.
I may have been pressing the vol up or down while holding the power button because I was using one hand and I can see how easy that can happen but I doubt I went through all the steps to factory reset w/o knowing it.
