Can`t start camera after factor reset and update, have all applications and notes and contacts itc, but can`t start camera application, did factory reset to improve performance since phone became very lagy!

View 2 Replies View Relatedi have symbian anna and did the camera update but the video recording is still on 25 fps. the application installed succesfull i can see that by the camera/video icons on top left of the screen so i guess it works but it still recording on 25 fps.
View 19 Replies View RelatedI recently updated my n97 mini to latest update 30.00.004. after update lcd in split into half and the other half shows inverted display.the half screen that works keeps switching between portrait n landscape, diagonally.the second inverted half shows the last screen(as if from memory).recently i found that the camera is also not working.shows unexpected error occured. restart (something). () doesnot show up on screen.i went to nokia care. they said it is lcd problem after trying to reinstall update. i dont understand how can it be a lcd problem, when phone was perfectly ok before update. also lcd problem cannot connect with camera problem. i have previously installed updates n they installed perfectly. i have reinstalled the update repeatedly but no use. exactly same problem.
View 2 Replies View RelatedCamera has been working fine before Anna update pack 1/2. Now it doesn't geotag all photos automatically. Some photos are geotagged and some are missing information. Very annoying! If I put Maps application on at the same time, camera geotags photos fine, but not without Nokia Maps. Not very handy open two applications. On camera interface geotag icon can show missing location info, but it still geotags photos.

I am surprised no one has reported this matter. On a discussion on beta labs D.Dinning said that there's no need to install the previously released camera update for n8 after updating to belle.

Didn't restore apps and config from backup. AND lost long time reinstalling all my apps, one by one. I was pretty happy about the result, when I tried to open OVI Music app... And it wouldn't start! Just shows a circle for less than one second and terminates before starting.

People say to press the camera button but there is NO CAMERA BUTTON.
I was having connectivity issues with my n8, and found that if I turned it off then on again, it would work ok again.Yesterday I did this, and when it restarted, it came up with the "select a country" etc. It had done a factory reset by itself. I hadn't backed up for a while, and lost all my contacts and files, even the contacts stored on my SIM card!Plugging it into my PC to have a look, the mass memory says 14.2GB free of 14.2GB (ok, there is nothing left), but the phone memory says 0 free of 255MB. ie full! But checking all the folders, there is nothing there.
