IPhone 4s :: IOS 6.1.3 / Music App Randomly Brings In Songs Not On It
Sep 7, 2014I have an iPhone 4S running 7.1.2 and it seems to randomly try to download/ play songs that I have bought in the past but do not have in my phone.Â
I have "show all music", "show all videos", "Automatic downloads (for music, apps, books, updates)" turned off in the iTunes & App Store tab of Settings.
I have "show all music" turned off in the Music tab of Settings.
I don't use iTunes Match or iCloud and only add/ remove songs (that are not new purchases) to the iPhone via my laptop.Â
When I plug into my Appradio in the car and go into play ipod and shuffle songs all of a sudden it's trying to play songs I haven't downloaded or listened to for years and the same happens when I plug in my earphones and select play shuffle with the music app. It starts trying to play songs that I have not put on my phone. Sometimes it will skip over them, sometimes they start playing.Â

HTC One X :: Service Lost - Reboot Brings Signals Back
Jul 22, 2012I recently got the HTC One X on 3. I have been having issues with the signal. At my house I receive full service from 3. Every now and then the signal drops and I get Emergency Only calls & that is how the phone remains. If I power off the phone the signal is recovered back up to full strength. The same issues happen if I am driving, sometimes going through an area that has no signal and then returning to a full signal area the phone fails to recover this signal unless rebooted.
This however does not happen every time which does seem strange. I have been told by HTC that they have not heard of this issue before, and all they can do is repair the phone. The phone is barely two weeks old and has to be repaired!!! Not good. I previously had a Desire and had very few issues apart from lack of phone memory. Is it 3 that have issues, which seems unlikely to me, or is it the phone. If I send it away for a repair I will be without a phone which is very annoying to say the least. I really don't know what to do.

Jun 2, 2011Tapping on a word highlights the word, as expected. But the "tabs" NEVER appear to allow for sliding left/right over a selected word. Instead, the phone now prompts me to copy, cut or paste. I only get a single TAB that doesn't have a left & right sliding ability - just 1 solid block of a TAB. This happens in every app, including the Google search bar, Gmail, Docs to Go, Note Everything, or any other program with a text entry field.
Something changed - after the initial SOAK, this behavior was working as expected - and I actually liked it. But I did a "Clear Cache" as a test for some other users having other issues, and now that (slideable tab) feature is GONE. I can't find a setting to enable it or bring it back.

When i'm on a phone call it automatically brings up the dial pad instead of going to the standard options like speaker phone and mute and all that. i often switch to speaker phone when on a phone call and i have to click twice when i could just click speaker phone.its just annoying i was wondering if there is a way to switch it to default to the speaker phone screen?
