Nokia Lumia :: Imprints Embedded In Screen?

I received my Nokia Lumia 900 yesterday and spent a good amount of time playing around with it, checking out apps and such, when I noticed something. There was the text "SIM Card Error" and two buttons (emergency call/settings) underneath it. I think, but could be wrong, that the text had been burnt into a layer of the screen or something, because it's always there. It's more visible when it displays predominantly grey/blue pages. I went in to AT&T to get it exchanged, but the woman there told me that all Lumias have a quirk like that. I checked out the store model Lumia and theirs was even worse than mine; the entire home menu was ever-present, even when I navigated to other areas of the phone.
