This is my first blackberry so this might be normal but when I look on blogs that have embedded videos on them nothing shows at all. If it wasn't for the site saying look at the video below I wouldn't even know that one exists. I can't see why the videos won't show as generally they are you tube videos anyway.
View 11 RepliesSo sometimes when I try to play a video on a website, the audio doesn't play. The media volume is all the way up and still nothing. I've even tried restarting the phone and nothing. Other times, they play just fine. If I do a search for that same video on Youtube, it plays fine.

Whenever I receive emails with embedded objects and/or pictures, they dont show up on blackberry and only the links are shown. The emails received in html format are also not shown and only links / html text formats converted to tet are shown.
how to enable my blackberry to show complete emails with embeddedbjects.
Attempted various browser settings options and still unable to access secure(https) websites... the message ""... Returned an error when attempting to fulfill your request... I have also attempted access through opera mini, here I manage to get to the https site however the login process fails. Appreciate your guidance in resolving this.. N.B. I had no such problems with my old Nokia E71 ... I was hoping my new BB 9700 is an upgrade...

View 4 Replies View RelatedThis is only a problem in the stock browser. When I hit the play button the video starts to load but never plays and then just shows the replay screen/related videos screen that usually comes up after watching a video.
View 10 Replies View RelatedI have just purchased a new bold 9700 and iam very dissapointed with the web browsing. I had a unlocked storm that I broke. I cannot completely load very many websites at all. The websites seem to load halfway and then stop. Called at&t, they tested the phone said it was fine and they informed me that the bold didnt have the same capabilites as the storm. Can someone let me know if this is true? If so then returning the phone and getting another storm.

I thought that maybe it was flash player not being supported but it works on friends S4, S5, and Iphone. Is there a setting I should look for?
I recently have to get my turbo replace due to a pixel line that developed on my first phone. I noticed tur replacement felt lighter and I've been having software issues.
Since updating my Bionic with Ice Cream Sandwich I can no longer see embedded videos on any browser. This is not just a flash problem but html5 videos as well. These were playing great before the upgrade and they play great on the iphone and Ipad as well. I have to believe it is a setting somewhere.

I have a problem with my 9700 and I donīt really know if it is the phone or the battery.It shuts down when I use an aplication that needs power, like recording videos, websurfing, downloading/installing apps thats sort of stuff. It goes off, and I have to pull batt to get it started again.If I do it 3 times in a row for example, the battery goes down from 100% to 70% in just the time it needs to restart those 3 times.I tried to do a security wipe, reinstall the os (.862), taking out the micro sd and it keeps shuting down. I donīt know if it could be a battery problem or the phone. any idea?

I can't see it with the viewer or with Documents To Go. Using the Bold 9930 with latest update from Verizon but I never was able to see them on Blackberry (Any version). Frustation only adds up now that I have the Playbook and I can't see it there too.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI just got a new BB 9700. My younger brother had uploaded porn videos in my phone. Later, I deleted them. However, the name of these videos still appear in my playlist.If I say delete a particular item, I get a message: Are you sure you want to delete "XXX"? When I say press on delete icon, nothing happens.I am avoiding formatting the card as I don't want to mess around wth the segregated folder present by default.I have already tried the following things:
1) Pulled the battery and put it back.
2) Pulled out the media card and put it back.
3) Connect it to the computer and see if the videos show up. They do not.
My phone has deleted all my videos and pictures, extremely annoying, does anyone know if they can be retrieved?

The handset sounds all work perfectly fine. I checked all settings, all profiles EVERYTHING!
