Using the Outlook app, all three of my accounts (Outlook, Gmail, Office365 work email) aren't showing any embedded images...instead, it shows an error in place of each picture (box with an x in it, with an error message). This happens even if I set the setting to automatically download pictures.
View 8 RepliesI've been sending quite a few texts and emails with pictures attached for the last few weeks and then only recently realized that they were not being received. Text or emails by themselves with links or just words are fine. Also I tried to set an appointment with an email invitation to others and that also isn't working ever after trying it multiple times.

Whenever I receive emails with embedded objects and/or pictures, they dont show up on blackberry and only the links are shown. The emails received in html format are also not shown and only links / html text formats converted to tet are shown.
how to enable my blackberry to show complete emails with embeddedbjects.
This is my first blackberry so this might be normal but when I look on blogs that have embedded videos on them nothing shows at all. If it wasn't for the site saying look at the video below I wouldn't even know that one exists. I can't see why the videos won't show as generally they are you tube videos anyway.
View 11 Replies View RelatedI received my Nokia Lumia 900 yesterday and spent a good amount of time playing around with it, checking out apps and such, when I noticed something. There was the text "SIM Card Error" and two buttons (emergency call/settings) underneath it. I think, but could be wrong, that the text had been burnt into a layer of the screen or something, because it's always there. It's more visible when it displays predominantly grey/blue pages. I went in to AT&T to get it exchanged, but the woman there told me that all Lumias have a quirk like that. I checked out the store model Lumia and theirs was even worse than mine; the entire home menu was ever-present, even when I navigated to other areas of the phone.

View 2 Replies View RelatedAfter the upgrade to ICS (obviously my XOOM wrongly assumes its T-Mobile Germany) my picasa albums are no longer showing in the Gallery app.In Settings -> Accounts & sync -> <my Google account> the "Sync Picasa Web Albums" is missing (not just unchecked - not there). All sync options are checked.I tried deleting an readding my google account and a factory reset without succes. Picasa albums are still not there. My picasa albums are not public but showing fine on my Transformer Pad (also ICS 4.0.3).

Is there a way for all of my email messages to automatically open and show all images like its HTML? Even when I set the email setting to automatically show images, I still get those little squares that have mini blackberrys in them.

However, when I try to upload the pictures - I cant see any .DNG files - my files are listed as either WP_20140101_10_00_00_Raw.jpg or WP_20140101_10_00_00_Pro.jpg..how do i set fully for .DNG images and where are they located on the phone ?

View 2 Replies View RelatedPerhaps i'm preaching to the converted,but since hi-res images do not show up as thumbnails,just as DNG files when looking at the files on the phone, using windows explorer,i decided to copy all the hi-res images to a new folder on the computer.On looking at the new folder in explorer, thumbnails where being shown, but with strange purple and green casts.I then decided to run all the images through Adobes DNG convertor,and lo and behold all the images where now normal,and easily viewable.

At all corners and sides, the image is stretched. For example, if I take a photo of person whose head will be in the middle of the screen, then image comes out perfect.
But if I tilt my phone so that bring head close to top of the screen, then I see head is stretched.
If I reformat my SD card in my ATT 950 (since it seems to be wreaking all sorts of having since I installed it), will the pictures that have been uploaded to OneDrive still contain the "Living Images" 1 second video clip?
Alternatively, is there a way to move the pictures/videos from the SD to the internal storage, reformat the SD card, and then move them back without having them re-uploaded to OneDrive after moving them?
I just bought a 1020 and I'm really not sure how to access the full resolution images I've taken. The phone is supposed to take two images, one over-sampled 5 mpixel image, and another at full resolution. I used the Windows Phone app to upload my images to my PC, and when I look at the info I see the images are 3072x1729 @ 72 dpi. Surely that's not the full res image?
