I accepted the new update and after the green android/gear loading completed, my XOOM went dark. Will not turn on, it had plenty of juice(and is still plugged in).

View 2 Replies View RelatedMy problem is that almost everytime I try to download a pdsf from the web I get a few bytes file of course not opening.; it doesn't matter which is the original size of the pdf, even is 100mb or more...It always says "download completed" after a second and I get my corrupted 1kb file. that's it. I'm using def browser and dolphin hd on a european WIFI+3G xoom with 3.1.

The browsing speed is very very slow and most sites dont open.The signal strength shown in xoom is - (-105 dBm 3 asu).Is this a issue with Android 3.2 update or my home wifi is weak? Would i be able to reset the tab to the original version?

Day one powering up the phone there was a system update that that never installed. Since then I have not received any OTA updates. I have had it since October 29th.
I am on Verizon and used my sim from another phone. Concerned that because the first update borked during set up that I am not going to receive OTAs. Seen other listing the same scenario. Factory reset and removing sim in order?
I updated to OS 6 this afternoon and everything is completed, but it is stuck on restore progress. It has been there for 90 minutes. Is it ok to disconnect?
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo I plugged my x10 into the computer today to update the software. PC Companion did nothing for me when I used it before, so I used the update service directly from SE. Unfortunately, wasn't available this time, so I gave using PC Companion another shot. So my phone got about halfway through the update process before saying an error occurred, and the update couldn't be completed. So I went back a step and redid the prepping 3 times in a row, each time telling me to go back. Now my phone wont even turn on, I feel a vibration when I press the on button but that's it. The computer isn't even recognizing the phone as an x10 anymore, and whenever I try to do PCC recognition, it won't connect. SO all in all, PC Companion screwed me over.

View -1 Replies View RelatedI have a BB 8530 on MetroPCS (CDMA) network. I saw thier was some updates for BB protect and a bunch of other apps so i updated them. After the reboot, it asked me for my keypad lock pass and upon entering it, it would not accept it. I know that what i am entering is correct as i entered it prior to the reboot.
i have tried diffrent variations of it with CAPs and symbols corresponding to the keys i KNOW are my pass but still no use. I am on 9/10.
I have logged in to my BB Protect online and tried to change the pass from thier but it keeps saying the current password is wrong which is impossible. Is there some deafult password it reverted to that i can try. I have tried everything.
I upgraded to Lolipop about a week ago. Everything was good.
Today however, I changed my device unlock passcode from PIN (6-digits) to a full password (6-characters). I restarted my device shortly after, as I knew the phone was encrypted and wanted to ensure the encryption password was updated accordingly. Now it's not taking the new 6-letter password, nor my old 6-digit PIN on the unencrypt screen. I'm down to 8 attempts left before it will factory reset. (update: ended up having to factory reset...)
I can assure you that I remember the 6-letter password I entered as my new one, since I restarted right after I changed it, and it's the same one I use for many things.
I run and support our MDM platform for our company and have had 3 users report the same problem. I was skeptical at first, thinking these people simply forgot their passcode, but now I am in the exact same boat as them.
I want to get rid the competitions that are over so I can just focus on the ones that I am in.

In fact, the portal has used the results of my fit test to set my HR zones.But, when I go to workouts on the MotoActv, I still see both excercises as not completed with a "!" next to them. Is there a way to reset this? Is there a workaround?

It will take two weeks for them to test. Now my xoom boots up then restarts then tries to install the update but then displays the android logo with an esclamation mark.Either I need a way to stop the update from trying to be installed, a way for it to get installed or a way to wipe the whole tablet and start fresh.
